Awful awful awful provider!
Not for tourists! For just a simple top up, you need to call the customer service which will confirm things will get sorted within 24hrs, instead after 72 hrs nothing is done. In few shops you will find lovely and very professional customer service although it's hard, almost impossible even for them, to solve the issues.

Scam company, they charge money for the product you will never receive.
This company debited money from my bank account for an allegedly unreturned Internet box (router) that I never received from them!
They don't respond to emails or PEC mail, it's not possible to talk to them. So if you have any issue-there is no customer service to help you. This is a scam company, strictly avoid

Awful service. I am tweeting to terminate the contract of a person who died and after a month and a half the contract is still open notwithstanding dozens of notices of termination given via web, app, mail, phone and certified email. Avoid.
