Despite multiple attempts to follow up on my unfulfilled visa application and refund request , they have been completely unresponsive

Whenever you want to inquire/book something, look for Ms MAGGIE. I have a very good experience with her service. Very professional. She is very keen, will remind you everytime for all the documents needed, even when the visa will expire soon, she will update you and she is very accommodating unlike the others that I had to talk to when she was away. Thanks Ms Maggie for always giving a helping hand! Smooth transactions as always because of you.

I paid the visa cancellation because I need it urgently. But they take it for granted and just waited for the visa to expire. They asked 300aed for visa cancellation without doing anything. Good in money dealing but poor in service commitment.

Bad experience. I'm stuck here in Bahrain for 4 nights now and I'm starting to have a terrible head ache due to anxiety. Please do something before something happens to me here.

The worst experience in my life, Bad Service and very disappointed i will not use this again; i do not recommend this for everyone.

Worst experienced ever. Zero rating!! Customer service sucks. Especially with agent Cristy who needed training so she can be more professional and knowledgeable. You planned for enjoyable weekend vacation with your family turned into a hell nightmare. They offered cheap travel package to Armenia but we suffered for agent negligence. We paid extra 1,200 aed cash for stupid online check in , which should be avoided if only this Cristy took time to explain the importance of that stupid online check in. Terrible indeed! Take note: she will not give you any details unless you ask. Maybe because you pay cheap package so her service was cheap as well. No coordination with their partner agency in Armenia. Both agency were all after with you paying extra with them. After getting payment from you, do not expect this agent will update you, inform you in details She doesnt have any intention of giving you all the things that you need to know. It is up to you now. If you ask maybe you can get answer/s but not in full details… because she doesnt know anything. Do not go with cheap flight ever. Especially with this agency. No refund for negligence, ignorance agent fault. She could be more helpful in selling chai perhaps.

Very bad experience, i dont know how Christy got positive reviews? the Travel Agent never provided complete details. You have to ask for information, i ended up paying 1200aed just so we can travel back to Dubai from Armenia. Not knowing that you need to checkin through the wizz air app to avoid paying ridiculous amount of money. Very bad experience. You need to extract all the information, or else they wont feed you the details that you need to know. Even the hotel we stayed whats horrendous!! Full of molds, hard bed, paper thin blanket, moldy pillows. We got sick and stayed in the hotel for 2 days and never enjoyed our "holiday". We had to force our selves to travel on the 3rd day to use the 700aed tour that i paid for. But never enjoyed due to being sick.
Never again. Best to arrange your own travel if you can. Else look for a reliable agency.

its my first time to ride a plaine I don’t feel any pressure because the plane is very comfortable the service is good. I like emirates and gulf air very comfortable..
