I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this travel agency specially how that lady Rhovie assisted me.

After paying for my booking, I experienced very poor customer service and communication. The airline has officially confirmed that my refund/payment reversal was processed on **25 May 2026**, yet I have received no clear update or resolution from the agency despite numerous follow-ups.

I contacted them multiple times through WhatsApp and made 20 phone calls in a just one day. Instead of providing a proper explanation or assistance, my concerns were not addressed, and my subsequent messages and calls went unanswered.

As a customer, I expected transparency, professionalism, and timely communication—especially regarding a refund involving my money. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

I hope the agency takes responsibility, improves its customer service, and resolves refund issues more professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this travel agency.

Be cautious when dealing with this travel agency. They are very efficient when collecting payments, but when it comes to issuing refunds, the process becomes unnecessarily slow. Despite confirmation that the airline had already credited the refund to their account, I had to wait far longer than expected to receive my money. Poor communication and delayed refunds can be very frustrating. I hope they treat refund requests with the same urgency they show when taking customers’ payments.

Better to ask other agency than them!!
