Poor return experience
Advice from customer service was good to begin with, but they recommended parts I didn't end up needing, the service since then has been appalling!
They sent me a return label, that was a month ago and I still have no refund and they are now telling me that they still don't have the product and won't be able to refund me unless I can get the return note, which I no longer have!

Excellent customer service.
I had a query about a product I had purchased from fast part spares and I received a complete and satisfactory answer from Andy in customer service less than 10 minutes after sending my email to them. They were also very helpful when I was originally trying to source the item which was for an older cistern. Totally recommend and will use again.

Company not aware of Web order
My order apparently stuck in the system. Not sure if that was customer service being sarcastic or trying to be witty.
No cancel order option available on website. I'd have been better ordering from amazon.
I'm fed up of getting rubbish service from Companies. There's just no excuse for it

Frigging awful
Frigging awful. Issued the wrong invoice!! Their mistake. I have been chasing on phone and email several times and it’s now been a month!! Ridiculous. Amanda was rude and unhelpful.
