Excessive shipping and Duty Charges

Paid $23 bucks for the parts. Paid $29 for shipping..... then when the parts arrived still had to pay $32 in duty... had I known this I wouldn't have bought the parts from your store. These were small fittings. they could have been sent regular mail for free and no duty.

Great inventory supply!

Found Fastoolnow.com by google searching for some cord reels that we needed. About the only company online to have any in stock and at a fair price! Quick shipping and helpful in service!! Will definitely use you again!
