Called them in 2023 and the plumber was efficient then Couple of weeks ago an airlock in the hot water. Plumber called Adrian attended - polite, worked cleanly and efficiently - cleared the airlock and suggested fitting a high pressure ballcock which has cleared up a couple of other problems I was having with the water flow. Would thoroughly recommend!

my mums heating and hot water stopped working and she feels the cold badly due to arthurius i rang fast response on recommendation a nice man arrived within 0ne hour sorted out the problem i was impressed he had the parts in his van to carry out the work he left everything nice and tidyalso explained the prolem and cost of everything very impressed highly recommend

The owner is dishonest and a rip off merchant. I’d already told him what my problem was and he then charged me 60 - a call out fee of 50 plus vat and then tried to charge me 59 plus vat for labour. An absolute clown. An absolute disgrace.

I found a leak from the cistern of our downstairs toilet which required urgent attention. A web search revealed that this company had good reviews so I phoned them. The person I spoke to was polite and clearly explained the costs. He said a plumber would be round between 12- 4 that afternoon and I’d get a call at least 30 minutes before the plumber would arrive. As promised, I got a call about 40 mins before he arrived. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was friendly and polite, explained the problem and what he needed to do. The leak was fixed, he pointed out an issue created by the builders who installed the toilet and left the toilet in a clean and tidy condition. Can’t ask for better service. Yes, it’s expensive, but probably the going rate for an emergency callout. If you have an emergency situation where you require the services of a plumber, I’d thoroughly recommend this company.
