I ordered a chain top in January and its not April and i have had no response from them as to where my order is just completely ignoring my emails

Shocking service! They are quick to take your money but don’t like to refund! I’ve now been waiting 8 weeks to receive my refund despite sending them proof or returns! They have ignored my last 2 emails! 😡 contacting trading standards and fraud department at the bank! Clothing very over priced for quality do not order from them!

Awful company and will never order from them again and I advise anyone reading this not to either.
I received my items I ordered on time however they weren't suitable so I sent them back within the 14 days. I never received any email to say they had received my refund so I took the time to email them as I tracked my parcel to which they had signed for.
Still 4 months down the line I am waiting for my refund and now they want to ignore all my emails and think they can get away with scamming people. Unfortunately not I have taken the matter further through my bank and they are sorting it. Should of read the reviews of the company before ordering. Silly mistake that I will definitely learn from!

Absolutely awful company!!!!! Originally ordered an item over 4 months ago, was told ETA would be 2-3 weeks. Had no communication from the company or the delivery company. I sent multiple emails and had one response saying it must be lost in transit. Finally recieve the item start of January (on a weekend and when I was away from home and weeks after what I ordered it for). I return it within 14 days, on the last day that I can to then hear nothing for weeks. I email asking why I’m still waiting for my refund and send a picture of my receipt as proof of returning, many emails are sent and only some replied to. I recieve an email of apology and I’m assured the refund has been processed and should be in my account within 2 working days. A couple of weeks pass and still nothing. I emailed and had no response so I sent messages on Instagram too and was asked to re-send my receipt. Now I’m being told that I apparently sent it back too late even though the policy states there’s a 14 day returns period and I returned it within 14 days. They’ve been giving me the absolute run around and are trying their best not to return my money!! Pretty much every response I have had doesn’t even address what I’ve previously said in the emails they’re replying to. Can’t believe they’re even able to trade like this. Absolutely disgraceful!!! I will be taking this further.

This company is a sham they are in receipt of the returned parcel .It was sent by tracking service and all stated that they are in receipt of the item yet they are still refusing to refund despite several emails to them . They have no phone contact details , I wonder why !!! My daughter has not got much money and bought the item out of her birthday money and she is still 55 pounds down waiting for her refund . You should be ashamed of yourselves and your website should be taken down

After waiting 4 weeks for my delivery I emailed to be told it must have been lost in transit, they apparently re sent out the package but it only had half my delivery. Since then I have emailed numerous times to get a refund for the goods not received but with no reply!!! I’m now having to go through resolutions with PayPal!

Worst company! Don’t respond to emails and don’t deliver your items!

Really dissatisfied and disgusted by the service from this company. Took my item 5 weeks to arrive and it’s now been two months since I returned it as it arrived too late. I am still yet to receive my refund despite chasing and asking for updates every other day as to where my refund is. Keep being told that the money will show in my account within 14 days since the middle of January. Won’t be shopping here again or recommending to anyone. Absolute scam of a company

Worst online business ever, took me over a month to chase my refund (order already took a pathetic time back in Dec with it being returned as it did not look like picture and was wrong size) and I only received it because I had no alternative but to take it to resolution!!!! Would never use again and would like to warn others.

Fab service from Fashion Prescription.
My bag I ordered got lost in the process of being delivered due to the courier. I emailed them to explain and also the courier and they both looked into it for me and kept me informed of every stage. Unfortunately my bag had been lost so straight away Fashion Prescription sent out another bag for me and was here within the a week.
I was very pleased!

The jumper I ordered is completely different to the image shown. So misleading. Sending back for a refund but they make this tricky by not including ANY info in the parcel. No receipt, no order number, no address.

To be honest i would not even give them 1 review but you have to, Honestly the worst company i have ever ordered from. Refusing to refund me over 1 day late, Due to being the Christmas period. Outrageous is all i can say, Unhelpful staff to.

Absolutely awful .they don't provide an order number .they take ages to reply to there emails .pre order never came .spent weeks trying to get a refund .which I still haven't received. Don't bother ordering anything

Ordered over 2 weeks ago still heard nothing, no tracking number, emailed company and no reply. Really annoying as had to go out and spend twice now as item hasn't arrived in time. I dont understand why takes so long if hq is in london
