Fast service, beautiful toys, ordered black cat toy for the gift , but when processed the order it come that the toy colour choosen randomly, anyway we received white beautiful little kitten and happy with the order

Great tractors and farm animals. Well made and true to the online pictures.

Ordered a John Deere tractor for my grandson in November it was delivered faulty, the lights and sound didn’t stay on as described just flashed on and straight off. I complained via email half a dozen times and left a phone message. Only replies are automated “we’ll be in touch within two working days” and no response from the telephone message. I’ve actually given up, now trying to get my money back through my credit card company. This company isn’t interested about complaints they just ignore you.

Not happy at all miss representation of a product, 2 emails and no resonance. They picture Johnny tractor with Corey. Sent only one of the products……. No phone no. I will be contacting my card company for a refund and representation of a product. Remember this Xmas read the small print.
