I cancelled an order and never heard anything back from the company. I contacted my bank and they refunded the money IMMEDIATELY. I think the bank knew it was a scam

No update on my order EU#10617
I made an order 7 days ago, and there has been no update on my order. I sent numerous messages to customer support but no one has responded. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Looks like I have lost my money and would like an update from the company asap.
