I ordered a serum which was never delivered. I tried to contact them and they responded after 3-4 days saying they tried to deliver it. I asked them if I can come to pick it up from one of their collections point pharmacies. They haven't responded to that message since three days. They have received my payment and I'm left hanging without the product and their customer service is slow and almost non existent.

They finally contacted me and I was able to collect my product from their nearby pharmacy. The guy at the pharmacy was helpful.

Incorrect information on the web page about the product. What was delivered is not in line with the ordered product.
UPDATE as per feedback from pharmacy:
No, the product is not delivered in line with your advertisement on web pages. You have several pages for the same product with different specification.

I place an order about once a year to have items shipped to the US. It is fast, easy and reliable. I have always been very pleased with their service. International orders ship with DHL and I have never had any problems.

Ordered several items as regular client of the online pharmacy with delivery to my Italian address. The system voided the first transaction with an error message, asked to perform it again and then charged twice.
The delivery did not happen in 6 days from the order despite a €100+ order. The 48-72 hour delivery was not even close to reality.
When I tried to contact the customer service to agree and alternate delivery method, before I left Italy, This is the second time in a row that it happens.
I called more than 10 times the client assistance number and got a message they would call back. Did never got a return call.
The customer service happened via email with 2-3 days delay where they did not address or mention the issue of the delayed delivery, while the phone line is simply not working.
I have been a long standing client of them but have to warn clients about the very poor customer assistance service.
If you can use another provider.

Placing my order with Farmacia Loreto was seamless. I was able to find exactly what I needed. I received updates as to item that was out of stock immediately. The communication was exceptional. I received my order within days of ordering. Five stars and more! Bravo.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Farmacia Loreto. Despite my numerous attempts through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, I have not received any response regarding my order. It's been weeks since the expected delivery date, and my order is still nowhere to be found. Adding to my frustration, the pharmacy failed to notify me in advance about the unavailability of some of the items I ordered and did not offer any alternatives. This situation is particularly troublesome as the diet I am following necessitates all components to be present. It makes no sense to receive only half of the components of this diet, and the pharmacy should have been aware of this requirement. Therefore, it is entirely their mistake to have sent this incomplete order, especially considering it was shipping to another country.

As a consequence, I should to seek out the missing items from another pharmacy, incurring extra expenses for delivery to the UK, amounting to approximately £50.
I wrote an email with the cancellation of this order, but nobody answered. I want to cancel this order and the Pharmacy should pay the shipping cost back.

The level of customer service exhibited by Farmacia Loreto is utterly unacceptable. Such disregard for communication and accountability is unparalleled in my experience. I have lost faith in this pharmacy and will refrain from making any future purchases from them. Furthermore, I will actively dissuade others from engaging with them.

A few bottles of Solgar VitC ordered and delivered from Italy to the Netherland quickly. Took two emails to get the UPS tracking number, but did in the end. Thanks guys. Shall order again.

Sent wrong formula and refused to refund. Totally unacceptable customer service. Made us return the product and then refused the package from UPS.

I bought a few boxes of Neolatte 3 (Ordine web N° 6731928) for my kid in China on 16/04/2024. And they send me a "Flowflex™ SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test (Self-Testing) 1 Pezzo Regalo" for free. But when the package was posted to China, the package cannot pass the custom of China becasuse the the "Flowflex™ SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test (Self-Testing) 1 Pezzo Regalo" is not permitted to send to China. Now the package has to be sent back.
I want to inquiry who should afform the postage. But no reply from the Pharmaceryaloret store seller. It is so terrible experience! I wish the seller could answer me soon.
