Dr Williams and his team in Manchester gave me a very warm welcome on my arrival and were most professional and efficient. The procedure went extremely smoothly with no pain and very little discomfort. They were most caring in their approach and asked me regularly if I needed anything such as refreshments etc. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very happy to leave a review for Farjo Hair Institute. I have received two hair transplants at their London clinic, the first being in 2015 and the second in August 2024. Both experiences were fantastic and the results have been brilliant. The first time around in 2015 i was very nervous about the procedure but the consultation with Dr Greg Williams really put me at ease. Everything is explained thoroughly and you can tell he cares about what he does. I was so happy with everything i came back 10 years later for a bit more density! Dr Williams and the team were highly professional and friendly which really helped me through the experience. The team on reception were lovely as well. From consultation to surgery and then the aftercare has been just brilliant. Its so nice to have a proper hairline again, my confidence has improved so much thanks to Farjo's. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy hair clinic who care about their clients. Thank you!

I just spent 2 days with the Farjo team in their Manchester centre of excellence, after my initial consultation with Dr Williams in their London consulting rooms in January. Dr Williams was completely honest with me at the initial consultation and discussed whether I had approached other methods rather than hair transplantation, I said they were not really for me as my personal choice. After various photos and investigation he was again saying that the donor area on the scalp was limiting from initial look so he suggested a range of beard and scalp to start my journey (1500 &1500).

Whe I got to the clinic the team had been very welcoming and basically tended to my every need, I could watch a huge selection of TV, Film, Streaming apps on the big TV in front of the chair. (They also provided wireless earphones and the remote!)

What was really positive from my experience is that Dr Williams said my donor area grafts had been better than first thought so we got over 3700 grafts all from the scalp over 2 days!)

*so beard is still on the table for my next part of the journey.

I'm really tall 6foot6 so they I have to make especially sure not to bump my head.

*I would recommend getting a neck pillow for sleeping in the first week or so!

From my initial enquiry through consultation, my procedure and post operative advice I was more than happy with the service I received from the Farjo Clinic Manchester. The care I received from Dr Williams and the whole team was exceptional and I was impressed by their skill, commitment and professionalism. Today I had a hair transplantation of individual grafts.
I have to say the attention to detail from Dr Greg Williams and his technicians (4 of them) was absolutely impeccable.
After researching a few clinics this was by far the best from what I had read, and I am delighted I decided to use the Farjo Clinic.

I want to thank the whole team at Farjo for the 5 star service they provided during my procedure. The attention to detail and care from the whole team was second to none. I am a returning customer after 15 years following a procedure to the front section of my scalp. My recent return was to address my crown that has naturally thinned over the years. It is not an exaggeration to say that my 15 year procedure looks as good today as it did then and I am looking forward to the next 15 years of having a thicker crown too. If you are researching a natural looking hair restoration, in my opinion, Farjo must be on your list.

As a woman, female pattern hair loss is very upsetting and affected my self esteem. The bald area was partially hidden by a ‘comb over’ but I could see my shinny head when light shone through it.
My hairdresser told me about Dr Farjo and nine months ago I had a consultation when he told me what he could do and explained that he would take hair from where the growth was thickest at the back of my head and put it on the bald area. Yesterday was DDay,. I was at the clinic in Manchester from 7.30 for pre op procedures including sedation and medical checks.
1800 plugs of hair (approximately 5000 hairs) were removed from the back of my head first then implanted at the front. It took nearly 12 hours with comfort breaks, snacks and a short lunch break and a full explanation of what to do when I got home and how to wash my hair daily from the next day. Down time is a week for anything strenuous like the gym and thankfully only a week until I can go to the hairdressers.
The Dr Farjo and the team were lovely, chatty and caring and did all they could to make me comfortable using pillows during the day when I had to keep still in various positions.
I was told to sleep a little higher than normal and given a protective cover in case of soiling. Also sent home with medication.
I had a good nights sleep and am looking forward to carefully washing my hair later today.
This is an investment in me and I am looking forward to my new look in the months to come.

When I decided to take hair transplant, I did the research to choose the clinic. It wasn't easy to make a choice because there is a lot of hair transplant clinics in Manchester. Finally I chose the Farjo Hair Institute, because in the first consultation Dr. Bessam Farjo talked with me a lot to understand my history of hair loss and what the result I want to achieve. He was honest and no hard sell, just let me to consider his advice. I got a gut feeling that this clinic was my right choice.

I was very happy and had very positive experience with the procedure.
Dr. Farjo and Dr. Sattar were very professional. They advised how they achieved the best natural look at the briefing session and explained every stage of procedure.
Sara’s team looked after me with flawless care during the procedure. The team made me feeling calm and relaxed and this continued throughout the whole day. The team was superb.
Dr. Farjo was true master, he touched up my hairline to make it perfect.

Dr. Bessam Farjo was my first choice when it came to having my third hair transplant since I have already had two highly successful hair procedures with him: 2008 - FUT, 1300 grafts; and 2011, FUT - 1578 grafts.

During my consultation in May 2023 (the month before I had a consultation at a DHI clinic, but felt this procedure wasn't for me), Dr Farjo estimated around 1700 grafts would be needed for lowering the hairline and adding a little more density to the mid scalp area. We discussed FUE as the main procedure, particularly as my donor area is quite strong and dense, but since I didn't want to shave any part of my scalp, and as I tend to wear my hair at a medium length anyway, I decided to go for FUT instead. Dr. Farjo agreed to this and said I was fortunate to have both options available to me since my overall hair was in good shape (I was 56 at the time).

The whole day and procedure went exceptionally well, as expected, and in the end 1800 grafts were harvested. The results after 10 months are fantastic and I am really delighted with the results; I now have a natural looking hair line and have more density which matches the rest of my hair. Also, for the first time in a long time, I don't need to rely on thickening sprays!

Dr Farjo is a true master and artist, and I would highly recommend the Farjo Hair Institute to anyone considering a hair transplant.. My sincere thanks to both Dr. Farjos, their team of highly trained and professional medical staff, and to all the support staff, especially Cheryl and Mick.

I’ve looked at and researched a hair transplant over a few years and in early 2023 almost committed to one with a different clinic that was closer to Newcastle upon Tyne. However after two video conferences with an advisor I did not feel comfortable partly because there was no offer of a face to face consultation. Early 2024 I started looking again and this time I used quality over locality as my main criteria and after more research and reading a lot of reviews I settled on The Farjo Clinic in Manchester. This has definitely been the right choice.

After sending photos of my hair to Cheryl I had an initial Zoom consultation with Dr Greg Williams, he arranged a face to face where we discussed hairlines and what could be achieved, after which I booked my potential procedure date of 30th April. At no point during this process was there any pressure to commit.

My Wife came with me and we had 2 nights in the Premier Inn literally less than 5 minutes walk from the Farjo Clinic. I arrived at 9am on the day feeling remarkably calm and relaxed and this continued throughout the whole day. Dr Williams drew my potential hairline, altering it a few times until he was satisfied and agreed it with us. Head was shaved, I was given a few anaesthetic jabs to numb my head and Dr Williams began the extractions. This whole procedure was, as far as I was concerned painless. Incisions were made in the recipient areas, more jabs to numb head and the insertion procedure began. This was performed by Dr Williams team and from what I could see from the corners of my eyes they were very very efficient. Again no pain and still relaxed though that may have been the Vallium!!!! The procedure finished about 6,15pm, the Clinic had called my Wife in plenty of time so she was already waiting and was extremely pleased and impressed with the result.

Lunch and Netflix etc were provided, also an aftercare pack and concise instructions on actual aftercare. I was also provided with a Bucket hat to cover both donor and recipient areas.

Two weeks on and all scabbing has gone and very little redness.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole Farjo Team, from Cheryl and Emma, to Dr Williams and his Team (Julie, Chloe, Alison, Abbie and Ciara) to finally Sara for her patient explanation of the aftercare procedure and in answering my questions.

If anyone is thinking of a hair transplant then in my view you can put your trust in Farjo.

Dr Farjo, Cheryl and all the Farjo team looked after me again with flawless care at every stage of my recent transplant. The results are outstanding, the hairline natural and the density excellent.

They managed my expectations realistically and the outcome exactly as I expected. My first transplant was over 20 years ago and now, with FUE, the time was right for a further procedure for a little additional density. The results are fantastic. Amazing aftercare too. Such a confidence boost.

I had consultations elsewhere at the start of this journey and am so pleased I followed my instinct that I could trust Dr Farjo and his amazing staff to do a great job and look after me really well. I was right. Thank you so much.

I had strip transplantation in 1997,1998 and then 2000. I'm sixty now and the transplants are still good! Might be a bit more on the grey side now though! Regards Sean h.

I have given 2 stars rather than 1 because apart from the chap who did my surgery, I found the staff to be really helpful. I had the strip surgery about 10 years ago and it never really took. The grafts gradually fell out and I was left with a few strays which could be pulled out without any effort or pain. It was pretty obvious that the operation hadn't been very successful when I went back in, and I should have pushed for another, but I didn't feel like going through it again. Fast forward to last year, I thought I would try again. I made an appointment with the same chap. He seemed to find the obvious failure uncomfortable and advised me to go to Turkey, which I ended up doing in March. The consultant at the high-end clinic I chose advised me to have the FUE treatment. He was of the opinion that the Farjo grafts hadn't been planted correctly. I honestly found their whole operation much more professional, and following the surgery I now have the hair I wanted in the first place, and this for under 3k including flights compared to the 5.5k I paid 10 years ago at Farjo. Draw your own conclusions

From my initial consultation, through to the day of my procedure the experience and services provided by Farjo were excellent. Dr Greg Williams, Sara and her team were very professional and made me feel at ease throughout the day. It is now two weeks since my appointment and I have almost healed completely. I will provide a further update in 6-12 months to advise on the results.

I recently had a strip hair transplant with Dr Williams and he's done a wonderful job. The entire team were really kind and friendly, and Cheryl has looked after me well. As a trans woman suffering from hair loss I was worried about how I would be treated, but it was amazing to have such acceptance from all the staff and I am so incredibly pleased with the results so far. I can't wait for my transplants to grow out some more so I can see the full results.

I tentatively reached out, spoke to a wonderful chap by the name of Mick who immediately put me at ease with his warmth and knowledge.
Most importantly, Dr Farjo was straightforward with his approach. His direct nature in telling me I'd need more than one procedure was refreshing.
The whole day is planned with meticulous detail from the start to finish. Most importantly, the professionalism and results have been superb. True, I do need a second procedure. But, the primary results have been excellent and I was mentally prepared to expect a further visit.

Don't waste your money with a sub-par trip to Turkey for a League 2 experience. Farjo and team provide a Premier League experience, a great, hard working and humble team. 👏

I am losing my hair and have been considering having a transplant for some time. It’s not easy trying to research professionals in this area as there are so many to choose from. Not knowing any other female who has had a transplant only exacerbated my frustration at sourcing someone l could trust. After a lengthy internet search linked to female hair loss l contacted the Manchester Branch of The Farjo Hair Institute.

After l completed their online form l was contacted by their Patient Manager Cheryl Iglesias and asked to forward much more detailed information and images of my hair. Shortly afterwards Cheryl rang to say that it was possible that l have Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia and, if that proved to be the case, a transplant would not be possible. She went on to suggest that l visit my GP for a referral to a dermatologist.

Having researched FFA l am very sure that l have this condition but will await a proper diagnosis. I have spoken to Cheryl again and been so very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and advice. It may be that in the long-term the Farjo Hair Institute will not be able help with my condition. However, Cheryl’s sensitivity, care and interest in my problem has been exceptional and reflects well on the Institute. In my opinion if you, like me, are looking for help with hair loss then look no further than this Institute.

Quite possibly the worst clinic. I was left with an extreme bad result. Quick to take money, but fail to give me hair. This is a warning to anyone who is considering this clinic. Do not be fooled by a flash clinic its all smoke a mirrors. You will be left wondering why you never took this advice.

Highly recommend! I explored a few cheaper options and I am SO glad that I spent a bit extra and went for Farjo, the whole thing was flawless, the initial consultation, the op day, and the aftercare. This has changed my life, and how I feel about myself. As a woman in my 30s going bald in certain areas was pretty traumatising and Dr Williams did the most incredible job. Plus he is such a lovely man! He actually had me laughing a few times mid operation. I can’t remember the lady who was assisting him but she was also brilliant, singing along with me to Grease as the Dr was performing the operation.
