Stay away!

what was a good priced software (though with a lot of bugs) now is something that is missing the most basic features and in unit testing status - they decided to rewrite it all on the fly - all while forcing their customers to deal with the fallout.

They cant even get my cancelation right and 6 months later still collect they monthly fee.

The founder

The founder, Ivan nikolov is a Bulgarian business man that doesn't know how to act in an American way. As soon as something goes wrong he leaves you holding the bag of trouble. Not honest or forthright. Even for just a few dollars. I don't recommend buying into his empty promises.

I will never deal with this company again

I will never deal with this company again. When I booked with air b and b I booked the number of people I was having and explained my dogs as well. There was an error in the reservation and that is not my fault at all. So during my 6 days there I had people watching my every move someone reported everything to this company and that is a complete invasion of my privacy. I felt like I was always watched. We had complaints on things we did not do. I could not enjoy my vacation as I was being threatened by this company if I didn't respond right away.
If you ever stay at any location in fairmont hot springs I recommend not doing it with this company because you will be watch for everything you do. By a mean woman and a bald angry man. We had the woman tell us to walk our dogs while we were walking them.
And I have all the messages if they want to come back a me for anything negative. I have multiple sclerosis and need to smoke my meds. I followed there rules and smoke in my van. They said they could smell it on my balcony well yeah we had a window open and pot is not legal in Canada and I have I have license as well. They said they could smell it in the hall as well. I was not even in my room at that time but my neighbors who know the people on the building could sure smoke on there patio with no complaints. I left the room clean I did everything they asked.

So be aware if your reservation is messed up this company will come for your money because of an error with the app I was out another 250.

I do not recommend using this company at all. From check in to check out it was horrible. They can give me a bad review but I have 50 5 star reviews with air b and b.

Worst experience I have ever delt with.
We even had a power outage and this company didn't even reach out to see if there was anything we need or let us know how long we would be out of power.. inhave worked and stayed at hotels and if there is a power outage we would fo door to door asking guests if they need anything.
They say 24/7 service but only when they need something from you. When they wanted my money they wouldn't leave me alone but whe I needed anything from them it was hours before I got a response.

So i wasted 6 days if my vacation to deal with people constantly watching my every move. Again a huge invasion of privacy when you pay to stay somewhere.
And also I don't recommend this company allow dogs to stay if people can't handle them barking when people walk past your patio. We got complaints about our dogs barking for very little time but again the neighbors who stayed 2 days there dogs barking was ok. Yeah because they knew the people who watch you.

Do not recommend staying at fairmont hot springs location building 5000 lower floor.

Oh and if you think you are talking to your host your not they have many people who deal with the reservations.

After reading these reviews I felt I need to share. First of all, doing business with FantasticStay is just that. Business. I never once felt like anyone was out to get me.
I have nothing negative to say after more than 2 years dealing with them. We have had several issues we faced together but they always get clarified or resolved.

Management is very unprofessional and…

Management is very unprofessional and lacks business sense. Difficult to work with, more like fantastic stay away.

unfortunately some people lie. None of what FS says here is true except that I do have some of there stuff but as I explained many times I will return as soon as I can. Sorry you feel the need for a misrepresentation of the truth and I hope you can gain a little more experience from your mistakes and provide a better experience for your customers.

“The truth is, David came to us after an undisclosed encounter with another company. He tried to bargain every price we gave him. Finally, when it came to mandatory seasonal cleaning which he was aware of via 3 separate received emails including a report afterwards, and actually signed off on as part of his agreement, he refused to pay citing a different reason every time we pressed.
We eventually let him go as a client over it as he became threatening towards our staff. He has yet to return over 1000.00 of our merchandise from his place”

Fantastic Stay Experience

I was essentially taken for a ride and charged $499 for a stay that never happened. The host asked me to book via Fantastic Stay versus using the AirBnB app to avoid the additional fees. This was in response to my original query to see if a discounted rate could be offered given a slower time of year. Due to a force Majeure related event (winter storm in Buffalo NY USA which was broadcast across the nation in late Dec) we were unable to make trip to the property in the Midwest. The host stated that because it was within the 7 day cancellation window no refunds would be issued. We then cited it was an uncontrollable act and he said he would check with owners. We haven't heard a word from him despite three follow up attempts via his mobile number which he provided upon the earlier inquiry via AirBnB about the property. I will be pursuing all means necessary to get my $499 refunded and ensure nobody else gets shortchanged by this host or company again. This is not a review or a claim against Fantastic Stay or its technology rather against one of its users who is a host and is giving the company a bad name. This is the company name that shows up when the payment link is sent and when it shows up on credit card statement so naturally this is why we have tried to seek support from FS. It might be helpful to cancel your host’s subscription or service so he can stop giving you a poor reputation in the market.

The remaining facts you have stated in your comment/review. Those facts have nothing to do with our company, and in fact, you have not once mentioned us or explained why you are writing this regarding our company in your review. Secondly, your actions are exclusively related to your host and the Airbnb platform which has facilitated the transaction of booking. For clarity, FantasticStay is a property management software, whose services are given to short-term property managers to operate their properties from a unified place. Our services have nothing to do with guests booking properties. Therefore, your words, specifically - "Fantastic Stay Scam", paint a false picture of our company, which could be incredibly damaging for our outstanding reputation as service provider and cost as potential or existing business. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove this comment from our page, or we will take legal action against you for writing false and damaging statements regarding our company, for which we will request compensation for the potential loss of business. We are hopeful you had no intentions of causing harm to us through your false statements, so in the spirit of good faith, we will await 14 days for you to comply at your free will. We will also advise you to specifically contact Airbnb customer services with that information to request your money to be returned to you, since Airbnb has their own customer services specifically designed to resolve conflicts of this nature, even though, from your comment, we can gather that the host is within his right to retain the money since you were aware of the cancellation policy upon booking...

Fantasticstay is great to work with. Thank you!

In 2022 we decided to rent our 4 apartment family mountain chalet for the first time beyond our direct customers after 15 years going solo. Quite a dramatic change as everything was handled by our parents before that!!! After a thorough review, I selected Fantasticstay (FS) as our Channel partner because of the excellent reviews and because FS would enable us to automate many tasks to extend our reach to Airbnb and beyond. I was not disappointed!
The FS team is very responsive and stands by its services. I have never seen such a helpful
support both on the Sales side from Asen and the Support team from Hristiyan. The website features are also very easy to use : I was able to digitalize our contract for our direct customers, we use the payment through stripe, we integrated natively with Airbnb, all of our messages can be managed from FS, the Calendar is very easy to use... FS also has some advanced features (some of which even in the free version) for automation (to inform the cleaning company...). Since we manage our chalet through a family company we are able to report VAT. We use an estimation for the French occupancy tax, but it is 98% correct. Our next step is to test the smart calendar (to rent the full chalet , not only the 3-4 apartments separately). I value very much the responsiveness of the FS team which enabled us to solve most of our initial issues. I was heavily involved the first 3-4 weeks to configure everything but did not have to be involved much afterwards, a testimony of the quality of this service. My sister in la Reunion can handle all of your requests remotely and we are fully digital. Hats off to the FantasticStay team! To be fair, there are a couple of things that can be improved. After each change, the FantasticStay updates itself. This update is really quick on Chrome (so we now use Chrome instead of Firefox), so not a problem. I would appreciate other payments options (such as wire transfers which are free instead of just Stripe). Other than that, FS will enable us to scale to Booking and numerous other sites in the future, there is room to grow. I highly recommend this solution and company.

All-in-one product for holiday rentals / vacation rentals, with everything you need

For the past 12 months I have worked with a client that recently switched to Fantastic Stay and so far I've had a very good experience. FS provides brilliant customer support, always on-hand to respond to any queries. Its product is very easy to work with on a daily basis. From one centralized point you can manage your Property Management System + Channel Manager connecting you to the main online travel agencies + connect to your Website. From FS you can check new reservations from the multiple channels it is connected to, handle credit card payments through its connection with a Payment Gateway, manage each property's individual calendars, as well as a general multi-calendar view allowing you to scroll through the different dates. It makes agency owners' life much easier by having a central point to coordinate all online distribution of rates & availability. Its recent Website Builder is also a great bonus, with an easy to work with web editor, that integrates rates & availability directly from their PMS system, meaning you can have a beautiful website that includes a booking engine displaying your multiple properties and allows users to book their stay directly from the website. I wish Fantastic Stay all the best and I hope I can work with their team on more projects in the future.

Amazing customer service

There is a good amount of set up for this platform because it has so many great features. The customer service Asen has provided has been amazing. He has made himself available and proven to be extremely knowledgeable about the platform. His help has been invaluable.

Great service, super userfriendly

Been with them for over than 6m now. The best channel manager I have ever had! The guys over there reply super fast and are really friendly and helpful. Hope I had been with them from the start!
Tiny drawback - refreshing takes a few more milliseconds than it should but I hoping this will improve soon

Responsive & Trustworthy Support Team

I am very pleased with FantasticStay, they took over our VReasy software, therefore we chose to build our website with them and continue to use their platform to manage our properties. I really appreciate all of the help Asen and the Software Team have provided us over the past six months. They offered suggestions on how to make our website better and more modern. They listened to our issues about having our website in the USA, but having their standard European verbiage, taxes, etc. on the website. They were open to new ideas that allowed us to control some things that normally were set in stone. They are constantly improving by adding new features and listening to their customer needs. I cannot say enough good things about Asen, he has really helped us with issues big and small throughout this process. I highly recommend Fantastic Stay!

Great System for our Small Holiday Park!

We swapped over to FantasticStay when they acquired our previous system Vreasy. So far very pleased with functionality & features! This company seems to be looking towards the future with new plans/features becoming available.

The team has always been great to work with from the top down.

Any issues encountered have been dealt with head on by their customer service & their development teams with updates along the way.

Overall good features, quality service, stable connections & no complaints so far!

Would recommend!

FantasticStay is a great platform

FantasticStay is a great platform, very user friendly and the team are incredibly helpful with all questions. Their availability and promptness is excellent and we would not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone looking for channel management software to use FantasticStay.
We are using also their custom website builder – so far very happy with it too, our website now looks super professionally done and we spent almost no time on it. So much better than our previous Wordpress site.
