Only two hours after placing my order, I received a confirmation that my order is being processed by the warehouse.
The next day, my items had been shipped out and I received them only 4 business days after my initial order.

Order not delivered, impossible to get anyone to respond.
Order was placed on the 15th. 2 weeks later, it’s still missing in action. The last shipping update from the courier was 10 days ago.
I have reached out to family-nation for help via every possible channel (email, chat, order note) asking them to get in touch with the courier and find out what’s going on — but haven’t heard back. Radio silence.

Upset and disappoint for the misleading price on website
Price on the website was not reflected to what it meant to. So they cancelled my order because they said the shipping costed a lot more which website does not shown. And it says it will be shipped within 2 business days, but I never heard anything back about a week after I ordered and I have to contact them couple times to hear they cancelled my order. Because of order cancellation, I lost some $$$ due to currency exchange when they refunded me. In addition, now I missed the opportunity to get the product and give it as a gift for the little one. She is very upset and disappointed that I couldn't kept my promise to get the thing for her wishlist in which she wanted it so bad for so long too. Even she trying to save money in her piggy bank and hope one day she can buy it on her on.

Unfortunately, at the time of your order our system did not yet correctly display the actual shipping costs for extra-EU destinations such as Canada. When we realized the cost of shipping would be much higher than what was shown online, we preferred to cancel and fully refund your order rather than charging you an unexpected amount. We understand that this caused frustration, especially since you were counting on receiving the item as a gift for your daughter.
We deeply regret the delay in communication and the inconvenience with currency conversion on the refund. This is certainly not the shopping experience we want for our customers. Please rest assured that we are updating our price lists and shipping settings so that future orders will show the correct costs upfront, avoiding situations like this.

Everything was excellent
I couldn’t find the nuna mixx adapter anywhere in the USA and I needed it urgently, so I decided to buy it from you guys. Customer service was excellent (just need to have in mind the time difference) and the time that it took to arrive to the USA was very fast! I would totally recommend this business :)

Not sure this company is actually legit? I am waiting almost a month to receive the item I ordered and have had no response back to any of the follow up emails I sent them yet my inbox is literally full of their marketing emails they have been sending (EVERYDAY) since I place my order. Very annoying.
