This has been used all around the UK and Europe, has never failed once even my husband is able to use it. Would fully recommend.

Falcon Technology were brilliant.
We had 2 x TV’s installed, a sound bar and WiFi fitted to our Motorhome.
The install was faultless, no wires showing, an extra 12v socket fitted and a perfect job was completed.
Plus we had a free nights camping stay at their own campsite
Chris was professional, friendly and completed all work to a high standard. Highly recommended

I needed a new caravan aerial and saw this one online, which was delivered very promptly (2 days earlier than advised). Everything except the mastic and tools were in the box. Simple straightforward installation and it looks very neat indeed. The picture quality is superb and the number of channels that are available is great.
Absolutely delighted with the signal obtained.

Our Falcon WebOS Camping TV (24’) is brilliant.
The picture is excellent and can be easily viewed from a side angle which makes it ideal in the confined space of a caravan.
Very pleased we bought it and are looking forward to many hours of viewing when away from home.

We bought a 1200 watt power pack & solar panel at the Three Counties show in Malvern, the staff were really helpful & the set up was simple . We had full power in a few hours ( 50% from the solar panel) & the rest from 12 volt & mains , this will be a great addition to our Motorhome when off grid

Falcon are such a great company to deal with, I’m journey with them started in Feb at the C & C show at the NEC , where I got talking to one of there lovely sales advisors, he was so helpful. I ended up purchasing the Falcon Power Station, this bit of kit has been amazing, allowing me to go off grid , and take this portable station with me , it charges everything from my Compressor Fridge/ freezer , hair dryer, electric kettle, ice cube making machine , mobile phone , I pad the list goes on , for up to 4 days , so I have now decided to add the Falcon Solar panel to my set up . I’m looking forward to creating my own green energy and allowing me to stay of grid with confidence for longer , customer service was fantastic, Chris gave me a call back , after the lovely lady took my call , he gave me constructive, supportive advice and an easy to understand manner. postage was speedy and well packaged.. would highly recommend

Bought a double camera system for our motorhome and had them fit it at their workshop.
Stopped at the site behind the workshop whilst the work was done, nice site with excellent facilities.
All work completed to a very high standard with good quality products, rear view is perfect install on both cameras mounted securely.
Highly recommend this company and the products they supply.

We had an issue trying to set Falcon Router up
We spoke to a gentleman called Andy Roper
Who totally went above & beyond to sort our issue out. We sent the router back with our sim which turned out Sim was faulty
Andy was 100% committed to helping us. He waited for a new sim to arrive to him at Falcon
Andy has set our router up and has posted it today so we can receive it next day.
Thank you Andy for excellent customer service and ensuring our issue was sorted

We got the 4G Combo Deluxe V3. It's really well built with great setup features.

Worked straight out of the box as expected.

Bought Falcon 4G Combo for my campervan. Works a treat and easy to set up. Looking forward to using it in France next month to keep in touch with family.

I purchased the Falcon mobile wifi router 4g combo for our caravan, with the intention of having a permanent, reliable and secure WiFi service.

I couldn’t believe just how simple the set up was. Changing the SSID and password was equally simple.

Easy set up nice little product signal good

After using the falcon web site looking at the different products I was very scared to part with a few hundred pounds on internet, so I phoned customer service who thn got someone to phone me. I spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Chris Williams who talked me threw everything regarding my purchase of a caravan sat nav he made sure he took all my details correctly made sure what I was looking at was what we needed, put my order threw told me item ordered would be with me Wednesday 30th July and it arrived well packed up. The service I received from Chris was amazing from start to finish as I'm a nervous person buying things that I can't see and being scammed again he really put my mind at rest. Falcon staff are very friendly not pushy and really no there job. Thank you Chris Williams and Falcon 100% excellent service one very very happy customer. Thank you. Kaye manning.

Very helpful and informative, clean and tidy job, had extra solar and inverter fitted.

We live on a farm and have been unable to get fibre broadband. Our copper on it's best day has a download speed of 6Mbps. (some days it is 2Mbps)
With no broadband improvements coming any time soon from any supplier we decided to test out a FALCON Rural 4G kit with 1600 Mbps router and 1 x TS9 to SMA adapter (a1). I just ran a speed check and its coming in at 99Mbps!! I've seen it at the lowest achieving 77Mbps. This is still almost 13 times our best max speed from the copper.
Delivery was quick and it just worked. What else can I say? If you remember the old Ronseal adverts (am I showing my age?) the slogan was "Does what it says on the tin". Well, this kit does what it says on the website.
I really am pleasantly surprised by the massive improvement we have seen and have just ordered a second kit for home so I can actually watch a whole movie without it failing.
Honestly, Falcon have just saved my sanity so a big Thank you!!
