Difficulty purchasing Euros

I was having great difficulty purchasing Euros on-line to top-up my account. Agent Sinqobile Khanyile was extremely patient and helpful in dealing with my difficulty, which was eventually resolved by the technical team

Great and quick response

For some reason I couldn’t top my card up on the app, then couldn’t log in at all. I contacted the help desk and had a quick response back from Zinhle who sorted it out for me. Just need some good weather on Monday (and no snow) when we go to Malt

Problem adding funds to card.

I had a problem completing a transaction to add funds to my card. An attempt to use the Chatbot proved fruitless but a call to Customer Services and assistance from the very efficient agent, Sinqobile Khanyile, sorted it all out.

My mistakes rectified

I had forgotten what account had been linked. I made several mistakes and became confused as to how much I was transferring. After a couple of email, normality was achieved with the Help of Analise.
Quick and good support from a confidant Agent.

Useful Account Speedy Service

Find the FX account useful at home and abroad. I’ve had a couple of glitches with the transfer method I use and it wouldn’t work today. I emailed fx got a very quick response from Philani Mthombeni who resolved my query straight away. Thank you.

Top customer service from the Fx Team…

Top customer service from the Fx Team (specifically Sithembiso) - an issue with a pending card payment fully explained to me in detail with great clarity and in quick time. Eased my concerns. Been using the card for a number of years. All the family now using - easy to use and problem free.
