My order came wrong, 😡 I ordered 2x jumpers and got sent 1x jumper and 1x joggers which I didn't want! I have emailed numerous times now to get this sorted without any response at all! Would i buy again 🤔 NO ! Not unless it gets resolved... spending £130 and feeling like iv been ripped off isn't good at all!... first and last time I'll order!

Great quality!
I purchased the knitted crewneck sweatshirt while it was on sale. The quality is incredible. By far the softest and thickest sweatshirt I have bought. It must also have a great gsm as it is quite heavy which reflects the good quality. The oversized boxy fit looks amazing and it is super comfy. Really impressed and will be buying again.

The products are great but the returns are a little vague.
There is a returns label but no real instructions about refunds or exchanges.
There’s a bar code so just hoping that’s a link to my account!

Item quality shocking
Delivery was superb very quick, but the quality of the product is shocking. I got a pair of black carpenter jeans which aren’t jeans at all more linen trousers, for £50 I was expecting much better quality. I wouldn’t bother buying any jeans from this brand as they simply aren’t jeans and u can find better pairs on Temu and primark for a fraction of the price and double the quality.
