it started out all nice and easy on the website - received an order confirmation within minutes after my purchase.
Sadly ever since its been an absolute nightmare.
no answer from CS - no update on shipping - radio silence.
since the CS is not answering anymore - I went on Trustpilot to see if this was just related to my order. apparently this seems to be their normal way of operating though.
at this point I don't even have high hopes anymore for a good product and wish I could just get a partial refund.
will definitely advise all my friends to steer clear from this company and rather just print out a picture and needle it yourself on a pair of socks.

Already waiting for 2 months on my order. No matter how high the quality of the product would be, waiting times like these are not justifiable in the year 2021. I would recommend to just go to your local print shop, they can do the job for the same price in less than 1 week.
Crap quality materials from China
Claims that their designers have a lot of work fitting images on the clothing and they want to do a very extensive quality check, that's the reason why orders can take longer than usual... when in reality they just order crap quality materials in China, that's why it takes so long

ordered something 2 months ago. latest update by them is 2 weeks ago. the product is still not on his way. so if you want your item by christmas 2021 I would suggest to order right now, then you have a 50% chance it will be on time.
Christmas present
I ordered the socks for christmas, the socks came a bit later in two seperate shipments. I got a compensation of 10% for the late delivery and the customer service was very helpful during the process. The quality of the socks is very good
The delivery times are shameful
The delivery times are shameful. I ordered a product from them beginning of December it still hasn't arrived. Now they sent me a track&trace code that doesnt show any info for 5 days. Just not worth it.
Do not buy!
Absolutely terrible product, delivery and customer service. As other reviews mention the website is deceptive about the delivery times, they take a long time because they are shipped from China, not because they care about the quality of your product. The products are made from cheap material, the kind of stuff that would cost max. 1 euro in a discount shop. But the worst part is the print, it doesn't matter how clear, well-lit, or high-quality your photo is, it looks nothing like the products advertised on the website. I wish I could add a photo to show the terrible quality, the print looks like black marks. Customer service of course is terrible, once you've figured out how to get round the problem of the rejected e-mails (see other reviews) the most they can offer is 50% refund. Avoid this company, money wasted.
