I had the worst experience EVER

I had the worst experience EVER! The therapist who did my massage was sick. And she was coughing while doing my massage and she struggled to breathe through her blocked nose. She excused herself during the treatment to go couch outside and I guess to blow her nose. I felt so uncomfortable that I did not want to turn on my back for her to complete the full body massage. And when I looked up, her mask was not covering her nose. And I did not see her sanitize even once - not when she came in, not when she left and re-entered the room after blowing her nose and coughing in the hallway. And then afterwards she had the audacity to ask me for a tip (after you pay for the treatment she wants a tip as well).

Also the massage was substandard. She only rubbed me with oil for 80% of the time. I struggle with back spasms - hence I went for a massage. But rubbing someone with oil and doing a massage are two different things.
