My first order- was lost in the mail. EZPrints just issued me the form letter response about how they use a third rate mail carrier who then sends it over to USPS. Never really tried to assist me other than telling me to wait and never even tried to offer me a refund or a discount. Not a very good first experience, either. Unprofessional and very disappointing.

Do not order passport photos from this company. There is an online sizing tool that has a zoom feature, so you can resize your photo to fit passport guidelines. The company does not actually use this to resize your photos, and the photos they send are rejected by the US Passport Agency. When I reached out to Customer Service, this is the response I received:

"I am sorry that you feel that way. - kim P"

This is not an acceptable reply. There should not be a resizing tool on their website if it does not actually resize your image. There should also be some oversight, and if an image is not correct for ordering Passport Photos specifically, it should be rejected.

Do not use this company for passport photos.

Cropped my photos without my permission and ruined the point of photo. Do not use.

Print quality and prices are very affordable! There was a mistake with my print, but the customer service rep and the editor helped to fix it in a prompt manner. Everyone makes mistakes but a good company will work to fix it! Thank you EZ Prints!

I spent all my coke points to get what I thought was coca cola coasters, instead I get directed to this site, so i can buy something, the coke site didnt say I had to go through an hours worth of crap to get my "FREE" coasters, and on top of that it wont even accept my code anyways, and wont let me log in. Very lame, I think I will spen at least an hour posting my negative experience with this site on as may websites and blogs that I can. I spent hours entering all of those coke codes so I could get something and now I got nothing,and my points are gone and I am very mad about it. You would be too.
