This is the second time I have purchased something from Ez Living.
Jonny was just as friendly, just as honest and just as helpful as last time. I need to give a big thanks to Stevie as well because he willingly transported my mattress to my car and lifted it in. My only complaint is that I couldn't take Stevie with me so he could lift it out once I reached home! lol

We visited Boucher Road EZ LIVING to look at mattresses. Salesman Jonny Harrison introduced himself and answered our queries. We found him to be very friendly, very knowledgeable about the various brands. He encouraged us to try as many as we liked and to take time.We chose a Respo. The sale went through with discount this weekend and Jonny gave us his card should we need to contact him.He asked us to read terms and conditions of sale and offered us the insurance for the mattress and gave us approximate delivery date The visit was enjoyable and we were delighted with the purchase and the staff. We also took advantage of the sale and decided on a suite. Salesperson Donna Barbour was most helpful and friendly.She answered all our queries concerning the filling used in the cushions and how the base of the sofa was made She showed us all possible fabrics available and explained the insurance option which we bought. We were delighted with the quality and decided to buy Donna explained every detail of the sale and asked us to read the terms and conditions which we did , also the approximate date of delivery. A most satisfying visit to E Z LIVING and your staff are so welcoming , knowledgeable and friendly.

I visited the Boucher Road store to purchase a Recliner.
I visited the Boucher Road store to check out their Recliner chairs and was greeted by a sales representative called John Rodgers. He was extremely helpful and showed me around the store focusing on their Recliners. I picked the Recliner that I wanted and he explained everything and answered all my questions about delivery etc. John made my visit a very pleasant experience and when I need anything else I’ll be sure to visit the Boucher Road store.

My Daughter and I visited Boucher Road Belfast earlier today. First impression...
What a beautifully presented store! it is so welcoming and homely.
Initially we had a browse at our leisure *personally we like that*
The variety of merchandise on display is outstanding!
We were very warmly greeted by a team member John Rogers.
John was extremely professional and courteous, nothing was an issue for him, he measured the settee we were interested in, informed us of all the different options available therefore enabling us to make the best decision to meet our needs.
We were also interested in purchasing some living room furniture
John was very attentive throughout, listened then guided us through the showroom to show us the different options, John gave us space and extra time alone (over instore coffee and treats) to make a final decision for our purchases.
At the service desk John then checked availability of stock and explained the whole delivery process, we were even impressed with the friendly interaction with passing staff.
Today was nothing short of an exceptional shopping experience at EZ Living, we would have no hesitation returning again and would highly recommend this delightful store to others.
A Very special thankyou particuarly to John for your professional manner and the lovely team at EZ LIVING, you are all very much appreciated.
