I was shopping for a rug and found some great looking ones. (They are also cotton and washable, which makes them very appealing.) The display is great, I could easily see both sizes and patterns of the rugs as they are hanging on mobile frames. The customer service was clear, courteous and fast. They explained to me everything about my invoice, and the returns procedure.

Issues with the coffee table
We brought a coffee table from EZ living. It was nice at store but once it came to our house there was some obvious scratches and two dents on the table. They did not let us return the coffee table to the store and they were keep saying that these are cosmetic parts of the table while they were issues around the table. They didnot return the table and we were not happy with the table at all.

The wood is intentionally finished to retain its natural character, meaning variations in the wood, including markings, grain variations and small indentations, can differ from one piece to another.

We finally did it.
