Terrible customer service and still haven't gotten my product
Absolutely terrible to buy from. I purchase wardrobes, a kitchen table and chairs and 3 bar stools in April. Im still to this day ringing continuously as still haven't recieved a stool. Also had to do constant follow ups to get my wardrobe. Keep ringing little island store to get a call back from aerial manager yet still waiting 2 weeks now again. It is beyond a joke! My family spend a lot of money in this shop and I must say I wouldnt be shopping again!!!

Bought the Atlanta wardrobes , instructions are in French and the drawings are so bad at depicting anything you need to know, the parts are not numbered, the orientation is not marked , states 1.5 hours for assembly, 2 days later and still not complete, ideal purchase if you are a carpenter but otherwise tread with caution, delivery drivers were brilliant to be fair

Product Safety Issue Ignored
We purchased a Darwin bed frame (Super King) in July 2024. Within days of arrival, I called EZ Living Customer Service to inform that my standard EU super king mattress (180x200) did not fit their Darwin bed frame and there was a large gap at both the top of the bed and bottom of the bed. Cust Service rep requested I email photos which I did immediately. I got a swift response (which had certainly been formulated for a former complaint given the detail and timelapse) saying it was designed as intended and the gaps were “negligible when the mattress was centred”. The Cust Service rep then continued with the comment that the case was closed. 5 months passed, I called again as we were so frustrated with filling the gaps with pillows to ensure our own pillows didn’t slip into the top gap at night. Same Cust Service rep , unhelpful but most annoyingly, rude. I sent another email and a similar response from
EZ Living that the case was closed. Skip forward one month and my 2 year old child is sliding off the end of the bed and gets trapped in the large gap that EZ Living claims is for “mattress expansion” and “ease of dressing the bed” (absurd). I email to inform of the child safety issue that exists with their product, now 7 days later, and no response. Atrocious product not fit for purpose and not fit for sale in the EU market. They have aimed to deceive with the Darwin bed and have dressed the gaps on their website with bedding to ensure the gaps are not evident. This issue goes way beyond their customer service department:

All of our beds are designed to accommodate various mattress styles. For optimal results, we recommend centring the mattress to allow for proper expansion, airflow, and easier dressing.

IT WAS YOUR COMPANY ADRIAN, NOW TRYING TO SAY THAT I PURCHASED THE GOODS ELSEWHERE, NO IT WAS FROM YOUR COMPANY AND AS PREVIOUSLY STATED I AM IN PROCESS OF TAKING LEGAL ACTION. AGAIN I SEE THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DIVERT THE ISSUE TO A 3RD PARTY, I AM GOING TO PURSUE THIS ISSUE THROUGH THE COURT AS MOST OF THE REVIEWS ON YOUR SITE ARE INACCURATE, TRY TO GET HELP FROM THIS COMPANY WHEN GÒODS ARE FAULTY. Blanket Box
I ordered a blanket box online early December for collection and was advised it was in stock however it turned out it wasn’t in stock and I was given three different dates when it would be available for collection. I emailed online sales and said I was a loyal customer and had purchased lots of items from them over the years and as a gesture of goodwill on their part, asked if they could deliver the item to me free of charge and also because the new stock arriving into their stores was €20 less than what I had paid. I subsequently received a telephone call from Tracy in online sales Cork, who was-so professional and said there was no problem in them delivering the item free of charge. Tracy was so pleasant and very helpful. I am delighted with my blanket box - yet another great item of furniture from EZ Living. BG
