I was initially impressed by the work they put in to purchase my home. I am now in a situation where I'd like to sell the same house, so immediately considered them...and that's where the consideration ends.

After three days of calls and filling in forms online just for a quote, the "brush-off" is almost palpable. They couldn't be bothered! I think their lack of action has inadvertantly helped me avoid a mistake in engaging with them. Thank you for the help!

Fairly useless conveyancing firm.

I have had the great misfortune of dealing with this firm as a first time buyer - the seller was using Premier Property Lawyers and they have dragged the whole process for over ten months, despite there being no onward chain (I am a first time buyer and the property was sitting empty for the duration of the sale). As the buyer, I did not hire these solicitor's and had little option but to sit tight and wait as they slowly, SLOWLY, slowly dealt with everything. Thankfully we have finally exchanged and completed and I no longer have to deal with them.

Am astounded at the good ratings - maybe some of their staff are actually good at their jobs and considerate of the fact that they are dealing with people...?
