I’ve ordered-paid for two MagSafe covers, and after a week I’ve no confirmation, or any information by them

Extremely Disappointed from United States my long wait from German based Eyncovers for Samsung Phones was Not the uncovered buttons phone cover I ordered. Customer service for complaints & order correction is as ridiculous as the European bureaucracy. I expected better!

The dropdown menu allows me to specify S24+. Once done, the results seemingly show cases for that selection. But then the details specific to the case shown state that it is only compatible with S25. Additionally, there is what appears to be a chat box for live assistance, but no response to any message is given. These two issues stopped any interest I had in purchasing from this company.

Might be shady, but not necessarily a scam…. I asked for a refund within 12hrs of payment and after just a little back and forth I was able to get it. Here are the details…After seeing who the payment went to and the fact it didn’t match the company name, I decided to do some research. While I do think I have ordered from a different company in the past and it going to the same different name, it just leads me to believe the payment is probably just going to a foreign processing company. During my research I saw several people unhappy and unable to contact customer service, the shipping time takes forever, and what they got was cheap Chinese knock off which prompted me asking for a refund. They responded relatively quickly asking me to not cancel and they would send me $3 for my trouble. I said no and they did refund the full amount that same day. I can’t speak for anything else such as shipping speed or quality. The other company I ordered from was for a wallet, that while it did take a few weeks to get, it is my favorite wallet regardless of its actual quality. These foreign companies just seem to have variations of items you can’t find anywhere else, so if time is of no consequence to you it’s not always a complete waste time and money, but it probably is subpar quality.

Product is pretty good. Delays in shipping are huge....20+ days since purchase, item still hasn't shipped and waiting 4 days since messaging the company (1 on website, 1 on IG), and still no response.

The images of the product on the website are misleading. I ordered a phone cover and it is slightly different than the one shown in the images. The quality is very low (feels like a 2€ cover and i paid 25€).
Do not buy on this website, it is a waste of money.
