Purchased multi focal sunglasses. What a waste of money. Cheap quality lenses used, which causes eye strain to the point of pain. Cannot return them as the 30 days have passed (did not need them straightaway as they were sunglasses).
As the motto goes, if too good to be true it usually is.
Would not recommend them.
Well I contacted customer service as requested and I have yet to date 10-06 to hear from them.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing eyestrain and appreciate the chance to respond.
You bought a pair of progressive sunglasses from us. During the purchase process, you insisted on having your eye measurements taken. You indicated very high visual acuity (1.2) with your prescription and insisted on using this new prescription, which is very uncommon for (only) sunglasses. A couple of days after you received your new pair, you went back to the store and indicated that you wanted to change the prescription to a recipe you brought with you yourself. This is what we already suggested to do this in the first place. Despite the substantial additional cost for us, we agreed to do this, on one condition: we were not responsible for the validity of the prescription, because it was materially different from our measurements (which as said had very high VA - 1.2). You said you wanted to proceed with this at your own risk, which we indicated on the receipt.
Now suddenly we have to read online that you think that your eyestrain is caused by our lenses. At the heart of your criticism, there seems to be the argument that cheap lenses cause eyestrain, while expensive lenses do not. We don’t understand why that would be the case, because we’re using similar materials as other vendors do. The lens itself also does not know its sales price, so will not change its optical characteristics when sold for a lower price.
Having said that, we still would like to offer you the opportunity to talk to one of our opticians about the issue. We have an opportunity for you to do so on short notice; next Monday. Please get in touch with us if you would like to take us up on this offer.

No guarantee and very bad services. I bought two pair of glasses about 1 month ago at Eyelove Brillen in Noordwijkerhout shop. The frame of one of the two just went broke after a few days. I brought them back and showed the problem. They did not even want to look at the damage and they refused to apply any guarantee or remedy. Very bad service and also impolite.

I bought a multifocal pair of glasses, self-darkening for wearing outside in the sun (if there is any sun!).
It proved to be a winner. The service at the independent chemist shop Margriet (Amsterdam zuid) was excellent. The glasses were ready within the 2-week deadline EyeLove sets. They fit perfectly. The lense measurements are correct.
And, of course, the price is way, way below that of all regular opticians.
Altogether EyeLove has done very well, and I am a more than satisfied customer.

The opticien discussed only the technical part of the glasses I got. Although my wife glasses give much better view, the opticien kept pushing he is right and that with a full audience of waiting people.
No good approach and not serving the needs of the customer.
