Horrible experience

The room was dirty and smelled like a dump. Throughout the night it was extremely noisy. No possibility to sleep. This was not a one time experience there.

PHENOMENAL professional, kind staff here!!! I am very impressed with the cleanliness and how modern/CLASSY the Bestwestern Hotel is in Bolingbrook Illinois. I would like to thank the wonderful assertive and efficient General Manager Michelle for having such a professional staff representing the Best Western Plus Industry extremely well...Thank you sweet and efficient Joyal... I will never forget how you went above and beyond to update my reservation at the Front Desk while multitasking with many guest at your Front Desk checking in and out while answering the phone. Joyal, you remained calm, pleasant, very professional and patient with me and everyone at the Front Desk. Also, thank you little beauty Ashunti. I appreciate your professionalism and patience with extending my check out time. Also, a special thank you to the team of professionals in Housekeeping Department who truly are the BEST l have ever seen in all my years working in the hotel/hospitality industry work so hard and very clean/thourough with making sure every guest room is clean properly and every inch of the Bestwestern Hotel grounds are CLEAN and polished very nicely everyday!!!! Oh! I must say...l simply love all the natural smell good soaps, shampoos, Lotions, also great quality bathroom towels and linen...etc..etc... THE BESTWESTERN HOTEL PLUS IN BOLINGBROOK ILLINOIS IS THE BEST. Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant!!!

Babys can't get food in this SH..t restaurant, the mother and baby has go in another room, too feed the little one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
