Very user friendly order procedure

I've waited numerous weeks to receive my order. Then, I had to reorder another product and the delay in shipping in ridiculous.

To start with my product was back ordered for weeks. Very limited communication on when if ever it would be fulfilled. When the product was finally sent it did not fit the standard size visors on a Ford F150 as advertised. Then at the request of staff, I took pictures and measurements and sent them back to. According to staff, they had had several returns from a recent manufacturing batch for an unknown reason. The reason was, it did not fit a standard F150 mount in any way shape or form. I was then told by staff that I returned it within the 30 days I could get a refund. And that my 30 days started from the time of fulfillment not the time of placed order. I then received another snarky email from them saying the 30 days had expired and I had an in-store credit. They refused to give justification or speak to you in person once you get to this point. You also need to make sure you’re very aware of the return policy and read it the line by line. You will have to pay return shipping, even if the era is on their part or the manufacturers part and you go out of your way to help them. Identify what the problem is.. Now I’m also being told there is a fix or a rig to make them work, but you have to pay an additional $15 for the additional amounts. Bear in mind that’s after I’ve sent the product back received a refund but not for the shipping cost and now I have to pay an additional $15 for the upgraded mounts. Every time I spoke with them, they were rude and dismissive, and seemed to be very unorganized. I’m literally worried I will not get my product that I just ordered once this review is read. I am going to reach out to the Better Business Bureau, the governors office of consumer affairs, yelp, and Google for reviews. The lack of customer service and user friendly interface blows me away that this is a public safety related company.
