Quick resolution to my problem.
Accidentally put incorrect details on my order and promptly contacted Customer Support to ask for help fixing it. Was asked to call CST and ask them. Was treated fairly, had my questions answered calmly, and managed to clear the issue in well under five minutes.

Ummm a little sketchy
Got an email this morning that before shipping my order they needed a screenshot of my bank account in order to ship my order. I thought that was really sketchy. I’ve ordered from this site for years and have never had an issue. I called customer service and no one was able to help tell me why or even if my order is all set? So I’m in limbo right now…..is my order coming or not?

I placed an order, and put in the wrong address, I emailed the company. Wyatt one of the customer service representatives emailed me back, after a few missed calls, I was able to resolve the issue,. Great customer service AND selection
First, I love the selection of toys that they have. A few months ago, I ordered a few toys and one of the toys was defective (the battery wouldnt hold a charge). I called up and they issued a refund with store credit, no questions asked. Fast forward a few months -- the toy becomes back in stock, I called up, and was easily able to use my store credit.
I love their site and will always go there first!

Never again
Ship items to a country where they aren’t compatible with electrical sockets. No warnings, no refund. Shipping is expensive and slow. Never again.
Update. A refund wasn’t offered, I had to lodge a case with PayPal. And you insisted the items be shipped back, even though they could not be resold. Such a waste of time and resources.
