I emailed the company very late Thursday night. They replied by 9:30 Friday morning, order place by luchtime and It was in my hands on the Monday. You can't much better service than this

I bought some Sony headphones
I bought some Sony headphones, the best price I could find but from a company whose name I didn’t recognise.
I needn’t have worried because Extera were excellent, the goods were delivered 2 days later and the delivery by DHP gave me a time slot which meant I could be home to receive it. Really good service, with no fuss. Thoroughly recommended

We have ordered over 6 headsets with Extera, on one occasion one of the headsets just wasn't for us and they where more than happy to send a couple of alternatives for us to test and send back.
Very impressed with the level of service that is company offers and looking forward to dealing with again. Would highly recommend.
