I had a great experience using Express Airports Taxi Croydon for my airport transfer. The driver arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and helped with all my luggage. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and the journey was smooth from start to finish.

Booking was quick and easy, and the pricing was very reasonable with no hidden charges. It was a stress-free and reliable airport taxi service, which made travelling much easier.

I would highly recommend Express Airports Taxi Croydon to anyone looking for a dependable and professional airport transfer service.

Don't trust them with a booking. I had booked a cab for 7.55am with a child seat. When I clicked the tracking link at just after 7.50 it said the car was cancelled. I rang the operator who said the driver had arrived, called me and then cancelled the job as I did not answer. I did NOT receive a call and the job was cancelled before the time the cab was even due. The operator was so rude and refused to take responsibility, gaslighted me that I had been called and said I should have been waiting outside early with my toddler (as I was actually, at the time it was booked for). I was left with no cab and a 2 year old, as the driver clearly dumped us (EARLY!) for a more lucrative job at a busy time and tried to make it look like my fault. You can't get another cab with a child seat at short notice. They don't care, they will dump you like rubbish at the roadside. I had to get on buses and walk and was incredibly late and exhausted, but customers like me are nothing to them.

This company is a terrible cab service. The customer service is so bad they speak with bad manners and attitude. They don’t have the decency to say that they will be running late and they’re unapologetic for wasting times. Avoid booking with them at all costs!!

I booked a cab with Express Cabs Croydon to take my mom and I home from Mayday hospital earlier today. It was a very busy late Friday afternoon but Express cars arrived within a few minutes as promised. The driver was helpful and a considerate to other cars on the road.

Booked trip to Heathrow 8 seater. Outward journey great. Arrived back on 10th august driver said he was outside by cafe Nero we came out couldn’t see him. At no time did he say he was across the road in car park. So after wandering around exhausted looking for him. So first problem. Second problem when he drove up he had a car too small to fit us and our luggage. Not his fault. We booked two weeks ago, I spoke to Ali three times to confirm both journeys, he and a fourth call to a lady said they would send a confirmation tex they never did. I rang at airport to office and they had the absolute cheek to offer a second cab and charge us £60 and drop the original cab £15. Disgusted with the service. Will never use them again and will make sure no one else we know does either.

Yesterday I booked a taxi from Thornton Heath to Crawley. Due to the strikes I google Croydon Taxi and got this taxi number. Call them there and send the driver within 10 minutes. I was worried about whether I would take a taxi or not. Finally I arrived at Express Minicabs. The driver was very humble and kind. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I was badly let down by this taxi company. Firstly, I was told it would arrive within 35 minutes but waited 1hr 15 minutes. Secondly, I booked a taxi with a car seat but when it arrived the car seat was not there and the driver didn’t seem to think it mattered. It is against the law for a 20 month yr old to travel not in a car seat and I was not prepared to risk putting my baby in a car for over an hr on a motorway not in a car seat. There was a tube strike in London on this day and I had been waiting at Gatwick airport for over 1 hr at 22.30pm With a 4 year old and 20 Month with no way to get home. The company also took
A £50 deposit.

Got confirmation of our booking 24/10/2022 01:00. Unfortunately, we landed at 00h20 at Heathrow Airport but we did not disembark till 00h55 due to issues with the Ground Force. It was quite difficult to find a contact number for this company. The booking confirmation did not have any info on that. We managed to contact the company around 1h10 to ask them to please make sure the driver would wait for us. The agent was extremely rude and insensitive. The driver did not wait for us or called us. He just took off leaving us behind. We would be more than happy to pay some extra cash for his time which was only 15 min past the pick up time agreed. Very inconsiderate people working and running this company.

Made it clear when I booked 7 days ago this was a vital journey for an operation at 730 am in central London. App didn’t work. Website link in their text didn’t work. Called night before to confirm. All ok sir.

Today. 609am. We have no drivers And had to cancel. Unbelievable poor service. Do not use.

The driver didn't show up. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. Avoid.

We booked a Gatwick pickup and called the company as we waited on the tarmac for our flight to depart so the company were aware of our 2 hour delay. They said it wasn’t an issue. When we landed we called the driver & he was complaining that we kept him waiting. When we got to the car the driver was rude and aggressive. As a family with 2 young children (2 year old and 4 month old) we were verbally threatened by him & eventually he refused to take us. He claimed we had too much luggage despite us warning the company in advance. He then called his company and claimed we swore at him which was another excuse for not taking us. He kept referring to my wife as the aggressor (she was feeding the baby) so it seems he had an issue women talking to him. It was all recorded on audio and reported to the police. It’s quite scary to think this driver operates and I would hate the idea of him ever driving my daughters or any lone females. His car reg was FV65 MVZ. Please avoid.

We booked Express minicabs for a return trip from N16 with three small children. I'm *very* glad we did. Jeff, our driver, was extremely pleasant, understanding and helpful. To give an example: Our return flight was scheduled to arrive at Stansted ~7 pm, but was 2 hrs delayed. When we arrived the children (and parents) were absolutely knackered. Jeff was not only prepared to wait for us, but instead of being grumpy about his extended working day (which would have been understandable) made sure to carry our bags, keep the walking distance as short as possible and even bought water for the thirsty kids. In short: best way to get to the airport and back.
