Needed a tumble dryer but didn't want to purchase in case of repairs needed. Good service, reminders each month for direct debit and ended up with a brand new machine, what's not to like for this cheap monthly payment

Staff on the phone are absolutely excellent, so kind, so helpful and just polite makes a refreshing change nowadays. Delivery guys are the same really nice blokes, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company. You do pay more but that’s the privilege for paying slower I guess. Great company obviously run very very well by owner.

Disgusting company my washing machine went wrong well over a year ago I told them apparently they never received anything my washing machine is broken its dangerous cant use it im still paying for something I cant use

Fast delivery but very disappointed that the tumble dry was so dirty in the water holder and in the drum and fitter with animal hair not acceptable

Family tried to rent a dryer from here. When it arrived to the home, they refused to deliver it because the house was a HMO before they moved in. The website does not mention not catering to HMOs! Everyone in the house is family and renting together, so in this sense, it was not considered a houseshare as everyone was renting together within one family unit. They simply saw numbers on the door and said they won't deliver!

Make your policies more clear as to not waste people's time.

From start to finish , we've had a great experience with this company so far ! The whole process has been so quick and simple and the two fellas that delivered our new washer were so friendly and polite ! 100% recommend to anyone !

The delivery was supposed to be on 10 June, but nobody contacted me to let me know there was an issue or delay. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery, which was very disappointing and frustrating.

Because of this poor communication and very poor customer service, I decided to cancel my order.
