Order was cancelled
My order was canceled for no reason after i got a confirmation and made the payment. It took 14 days to finally get my money back! Had very bad experience with the customer care when asking for my order and the payment - i haven't had contact for more than 7 days.

Got the purchase delivered on time and it was well packed. A mail on shipping would be useful.
If the price is not negotiable , you are better off removing the 'offer' facility.
