Cowboys - check the news about them. They were one day late in delivering day 2 test and informed me of negative result on the 8th Jan, that is 12 days after landing...

Less than 72h for PCR results is no to bad at all. Will use them again if I need to. £20 for test is the best price on the market. If you need your results asap you need to book more expensive one

I ordered day 2 PCR tests for myself and my son and no problems whatsoever
Tests came on time I saved tracking number to know when they will be delivered to the laboratory as they states I should get my results within 72 hrs from the moment they get tests and from that time my results was send within 24hrs

So this is the second time I used expert medicals.

Having read the previous reviews, I am pretty sure that this is a scam. I do not believe they carry out the tests, but if you do get a result, they just mass send out "negative".

I have seen multiple reviews mention that their Expert Medicals test was negative yet on everything else (NHS, Lat flow) was positive. So i do not believe they actually check them, but just send a negative pdf to your email.

The first time I ever used this, I received a negative result, "authorised" by the name of somebody (initials W.W). This was months ago. I now used it again, and the same person with initials W.W. supposedly "authorised" my test. I kind of don't believe that the exact same person carried out my test from last September to this January- what are the chances. I don't think they actually do the the lab testing.

Nonetheless, here is my time-line of using EM.
I ordered on 31/12.
Was delivered to me on 05/01.
I sent it off that day (you can do the test on day 1).
It was delivered to Expert Medicals on the 7th January
Got my result on the 8th!

So it was more than "2 days" (took around 3) to get a result (which may not be even true).

Having said that, my mum's test never arrived months before and we never got a refund for that. So maybe I am lucky. The previous time I used it the result took 5 days to arrive.

Used this company twice now for 4 post travel PCR tests and had no problems whatsoever. All delivered within 48 hours by a tracked courier service and prepaid tracked return by Royal Mail. Results emailed within 24 hours of receipt. Less than half the price of other companies and probably removed from the “approved” government list because no one is getting a back hander! Ironically the NHS test reporting website has “encountered a problem” today!

2 Day PCR Tests ordered and delivered on time. Registered online and...nothing. Week later and no results. Use Randox instead.

Very poor services, over 72 hours since posted my Day2 PCR still no results. No one answer the phone call neither reply to email. Please do not use them if you need results sooner.

I really do not know why this company does not deliver the service they promiss! I wanted the covid test to be delivered to me on 7/01/22, but after paying they sent me an email that it will be delivered on 11/01/22, and I wanted the test of day 2 to be done on the 8/01/22. If it is to be delivered on the 11/01/22, it would be so late. I had to pay another company, and I received the package Through DHL on 7/01/22. I have tried to call Expert Medicals for the refund but no one picks up my call.

I have purchased day 2 and day 8 after returning from a trip. I sent my day 8 results and they are claiming that they have not received it. After challenging them they decided to send my day two negative results. My son had the same issue after registering and sending his test they claimed that test was not registered and they never received it. Very bad service as they don't answer their phone you get in a queue for 35 minutes and the line is cut off. They also do not reply to their email. They should be reported to the trading agency.

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE.
Shame I can't give 0 stars. I bought this test back in August as it was one of the companies listed on the UK government website. I Googled this company today- check out the gov.uk and Which updates. Damning.

I have received zero information about my day 2 PCR and it has been 5 days. No response on phone or email. Judging by the other comments here this place needs to be shut down!

You get what you pay for, or maybe not?

Purchased test. Test arrived within a week. Went to activate 6 weeks later. Cannot activate. Cannot get a reply from EM.

Would not recommend, do not use this company.

Breathe Assured offers a superior service if you need testing (Antigen).

Hopeless! Expert & Day 2 might mean you would expect to receive the test next day / within 24 hours ?? Not with this shower.

Ordered am and delivery promised 5 (five) days later!! What’s the point & why the ridiculous charge if they are not going to remotely try to offer a fit for purpose service.

Absulutely rubbish. Do not use. I experienced the same issues as below. Had to do another TEST to get relased after day two. Claiming package not received etc.. AVOID AVOID. Go to RANDOX. Same price +- better service.

UPDATE::: i did not know BUT they have been removed from GVT Testing list... so our fault we use them tbh...Please check Which.com

Ordered 2 test kit for day 2 and 8 for myself and son. We took day 2 test on 31 December 2021. Came back just now at 1:40am on 8th January 2022.

I’m still waiting for my Sons results. Written emails no reply back. I have day 8 tests to do but contemplating whether I should even bother to do it. Might as well go elsewhere, please think twice before you use this company.

Day 2 pcr tests came before we left to go on holiday but they can easily posted if no-ones home. Passenger locator numbers worked fine. After posting the tests first thing in the morning we got results on the 3rd and 4th day. No issues. Very good price.

Absolutely rubbish! Sent tests 27th December tracked received 30th still no results! Emailed and said they’ve been lost in transit!!! They received !!! Proof! Had to pay for new tests to be released! Now saying they will send new tests! 13 days late!! Ridiculous and rip off

I ordered 2 day 2 pcr tests on the 21st December.
Was told they would be delivered to my neighbour by the 30th December.
I returned from Spain 5th January no test kits delivered.
I emailed them no response.
I tracked my order on DPD not been sent.
DPD trying to retrieve from expert medicals.
Absolute scam.
The government need to stop these misleading people.
Leaving people in limbo & taking there money.
Do not use zero rating.

Sadly no option for 0 stars. I received the test later than expected and have been waiting for more than a week now for the result, which is a lot more than the 72 hours they promise. Nobody answers the phone (after 17.50 minutes on hold with the most horrible music I get hung up on, several times on all of their phone numbers), nobody replies to the chat on the website (even thought it has that nice optimistic little green dot that usually suggests someone is online) and (surprise!) nobody answers the email.
PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Worst company ever, no pick up phone, no answer on my emails, Pcr done o Tousday still no results back.....

Dreadful customer service - ordered 4 day 2 kits - only 3 came with a swab. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I eventually got through to someone on the phone who promised another - surprise, surprise I’ve been sent an empty box again. They don’t respond to the online chat - avoid at all costs, they are cheap for a reason.
