No live customer support. No email address. Chat does not answer the questions I have, nor online dispute, nor automated phone tree which just hangs up on you.
They dropped my score 14 points and the only explanation I could get was you paid off a balance of $114.
Don't know why 100% of the reviews are 1 star it still get 3.8 score. They charged me $21 for 5 months before I noticed that. When I called them and told them that I didn't even noticed I'm a member and they said they have $1 free trail for 7 days and if I didn't cancel it they would continue the membership automatically. When I asked them did they send me an email about the $1 free trail thing they said they don't send email for that but it's in their website! Then I asked them when the free trail ends and they continued my membership did they sent me an email about that. I got the same answer that no email would be sent and it's in the website! However, they do sent me a lot of ads! Since so many people mentioned they got trapped in the $1 deal, this situation should happened frequently before but they didn't get any action! The Company is just a thief.
