Its user friendly on both desktop and mobile. Communication with finance is easy and prompts make it easy to navigate. You can also get pretty granular in breaking down expense attribution which is probably great for the finance folks.

I've been using Expensify for a couple of years now, and overall it's made managing expenses a lot less painful. The receipt scanning is genuinely handy, you snap a photo and it pulls the details automatically, which saves a ton of manual entry.

Easy to use; integrates with my rideshare and other expenses so receipt upload is automatic.

The best part is that with the credit card upload of charges is automatic so no expenses get missed.

Super easy platform to use! Can add and edit on the fly and get detailed reports for tax purposes.

Being able to scan receipts where the amount, currency, date/time etc is detected so accurately is amazing. No more taking photos and sending them to myself. I do them straightaway! You can even answer queries from the app straight back to the team! First time user experience and would highly recommend.

Expensify has been my go to mobile application to track my business related expenses and receipts while traveling for work. No more needing to keep my receipts and losing/forgetting about them at the end of the year. The email forwarding system is convenient and accurate.

Honestly, the easiest app to use – you just upload a pic of your receipt, it can auto fill from that, or you can add details and then send it on to your manager directly through the app! A colleague didn't have it and thought it would be an effort to use or take too long, but it is genuinely so quick!!

We have used Expensify for years and love it. It makes expense tracking, categorization, rule setting and reimbursement easy for the accounting team and pleasant for our employees. Highly recommend.
