Very bad service - Do not trust
I sked a question regarding delivery time frame before ordering as I was going to be away for a week. I have been told that a note in my order would solve the issue.
It has not been taken into acount. The good was then delivered when I was away. I called upon my return. First they acknowledge their mistake. Then they made me wait for 10 days for a new delivery which never happened and then they simply cancelled my order saying that the product was no longer available!!!

Shitty Service, cannot get hold of them donot answer emails, never buy here
I bought a Beko Refrigerator.
After buying and paying it became clear the delai was 20 days!! shitty since my old fridge was broken.
ok wait for 20 days then. but after 20 days nothing happened so i start calling and emailing them. phone is always in conversation and mails are not answered. just after i threatened to direct my bank to reimburse the money they reacted. delivery next day they said. next nobody showed up, so lost a day of waiting. next day again nobody showed up and after calling the transporteur they said no assigment was given to them.
After spending 3 days at home the expiditeur came by not before missing the house 3 times.
Frigo is ok but took a lot of hassle to get it.
Positive they brought the frigo inside the kitchen.
