If an item is not available and you request to cancel it, they ignore you several times and ship it much later, hoping that you won't return it. They are abusing their customers in this way. Bad way to do business. They sell spiritual items, but they do not follow any kind of spiritual principles.
Everything is great until something goes wrong with a purchase and then don't expect any decent resolution. They do not take accountability for their errors and to be offered a discount on future purchases is really not appropriate. Why would one want to buy from a company again if they send out defective items? I will update if there are any developments but I think that I've just thrown nearly £50 on one book down the drain.
