The processing was wonderful per usual
The processing was wonderful per usual. However, perhaps due to it being a smaller order they didn't take identifying their company name seriously like my previous orders. Hence, my SNF held the package a lot longer as they didn't see it's importance. I was disappointed by this. That is the only reason I gave them only 4 stars. I have worked with them before and always appreciated the care in shipping and processing. They are an excellent company but I wanted to bring this to their attention.

I have been searching for a way to safely transport my mother's oxygen bottles, so I was excited to find this product. The divided mesh container is good, though fitting the regulator into the bag was challenging. But the plastic hooks that attach the bag to the child-safety loops built into the vehicle are insufficient in case of an accident: the plastic can easily snap from the force of restraining the heavy cylinders. I'm going to try to replace these cheap hooks with metal climbing carabiners, much safer.
