I needed a stylus that actually worked! for my Nokia N8. Having tried many, I searched the internet and came across Execspot and took a punt. I wasn't disappointed, it arrived quickly and I cannot fault the design of the stylus and the ergonomics. Certainly recommend them to all my friends and family. Buy without worry, great company.

I needed to telephone the company to make sure that the stylus for my smart phone was the one for the task. The website was very clear but I needed to double check. My call was taken by a very helpful employee who confirmed my selection as being appropriate, and once I had ordered the item through the website it was dealt with efficiently and delivered the next day by their courier, who took note of the special arrangements necessary to contact me in my apartment. Great service and I would recommend this company.

When the item was ordered paypal’s system messed up my address. I emailed ExecSpot that evening and got a response with 5 mins saying it had been corrected. The item was sent out the very next day and arrived the day after.

Tailor-made tablet case at a very competitive price indeed. I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and it was with me by the Tuesday. The product is exactly as described and looks classy as well as being very practical.

unfortunately they found damage on my order, prior to dispatch. they communicated this to me very quickly and offered me a refund, which was very promptly paid. excellent customer service.

The Execspot website was easy to use and navigate and the selection of products was good. Next day delivery as standard is advertised to be made by DPD who give hourly time slots which makes life much easier than other courier companies which was one of the reasons why I chose to make my purchase with Execspot. Unfortunately for some reason my order summary didn't show the tracking number to use with DPD so I decided to call Execspot on their advertised order line to find out. They state their opening hours are from 9am. I called just after 9am but was greeted by a non specific answering machine that simply said 'the extension you are calling is unavailable'. It didn't make any mention of Execspot and wouldn't allow a message to be left which got me worrying about the integrity of the site. I made a further 4 calls between 9am and 10am, again answered by the odd answering machine but then when I tried again just after 10am I was relieved to hear a human!
Thankfully the chap was really polite and helpful and immediately found my tracking number and actually looked up the delivery time for me. I was genuinely worried that I'd ordered from a dodgy site when I didn't get a tracking number and when the office didn't appeared to be manned apart from the rather odd answering machine, but thankfully the chap I spoke to put my mind immediately at rest and the order arrived on the absolute dot in perfect condition and securely packaged.
Despite my ramblings, I'm still giving Execspot 5 stars because apart from perhaps omitting to add the tracking number to my order and not answering the phone initially, they did everything else perfectly and the manner in which I was helped over the phone was great. The only reason why I mention the answer phone thing is to hopefully draw Execspot's attention to the unsuitable message that greets its customers.
All in all though, it's a great site and one I would recommend and will undoubtedly use again myself. The timed delivery with DPD as standard makes the service even better, so my only hope is that the unavailability of my tracking number was just a one off blip. Thanks and I look forward to ordering again soon.

Received a personal email as soon as it was realised there was a potential issue with the product shipped to me (before I'd even received it) and ongoing support to resolve the problem. Very professional service.

Good product, described accurately and despatched promptly. Why wouldn't I give five stars?

the order took a couple of weeks to get to me, but then, i'm ordering from a different country! when i inquired about the package, i received an email promptly, advising that they would help in any way possible (not that any help was needed, as the package arrived later that same day)! i would order again!

An initial problem (item unexpectedly out of stock) was resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction.
