Poor service
Still have not received. Slow to dispatch and no communication. When purchased your website stated in stock and dispatched within 48 hours I had to chase as no communication after 4 days. All round poor service.

I am assuming that because of the Easter holidays and the fact, that the item has to pass your local (UK) customs, it has not been delivered yet. Usually the custom process takes around 1-2 days. Unfortunatelly at this moment we cannot make the process faster from our side. Therefore I kindly ask you to wait few more days.
