The part that you supplied to me, had to be cut at both ends to fit in the digger track frame.
When I phoned to ask the best way forward with this issue, the person who answered the phone said that the right person was not at work, and they would call me back on Monday morning.
Of course this was a lie, just to get me off the phone.
This is just about the very poor standard of service that has be come the norm in the UK, no surprise that in future I will try to source my parts abroad, and can only say with such poor service I hope very soon the receivers as called in, and the staff who can not be bothered with dealing with customer's enjoy life on the dole As a follow up to this post, the firm did phone me, and apologise for the catalogue of mishaps, and as a good will jester, they gave me 50% off my bill.
So now I have to eat humble pie and take back my words of complaint, and say that this is the most generous thing any firm has ever done for me. full marks and keep up the good work.

Very few companies offer a one to one quick call before order to get questions resolved, some do but its another country & difficult. quick question & ordered next min, quick delivery. Not left hanging on phone system when i often put phone down.

Very good service and fast delivery. Extremely reasonable cost for service parts but the delivery charges are rather steep!! I’m guessing that’s how they subsidise the price of the parts 🤷‍♂️

All parts were good and a like for like fit with the exception of the in line fuel filter. This was a poor fit which caused machinery failure and a days work.
I had to replace it with the old filter until I can get a better replacement from another source.
