Terrible company. I have been with them for 8 years and didn't have any problems until November when I didn't get paid for 2 weeks work and my agency had sent them money. Now I haven't been paid and I'm now financially struggling to pay bills. I have spoken to the liquidation co.oany and they said its unlikely the money will be refunded

They are in liquidation process. No one has informed me. My agency has continuously paid to them and now 3 weeks money has not paid.
I am really struggling to pay my bills.

Shocking company who have gone out of business and into liquidation due to their own greed and lack of customer support. Was told on Friday when my wages were not paid that they had system issues and money would be in the bank Friday afternoon. It’s now Monday and my direct debits have overdrawn me! When I did eventually get to speak to someone I was told that they had folded

Where is my money ? Noone got paid on Friday got send payslip but didn't receive money. I already see other people writing

I am contractor - they have gone out business and stole my money that was to be paid out today - I rang and was lied to that I would be paid. They had been in trouble for some time but never warned the contractors. Utter grifters.

I have worked with Exact Payroll for nearly 2 years. I can say their service was excellent. They are very well-organized and I always received responses to my emails promptly and effectively. Highly recommended.

The staff at Exact made a great deal of effort to help me to re-register and set up my account and to make sure my pay was not delayed. Also, at the start of Lockdown in 2020, Exact gave me the opportunity to apply for and receive furlough payments, for which my gratitude was boundless at a very difficult time, and especially as I had been unaware that I was eligible for this help.

Very supportive and good communication

I've been with exact umbrella now for nearly 2 years. Not had any issues with payment, and if there was any issues they were resolved the same day. Kyla has always been very responsive with email and very professional at all times. Will continue to use even if move contracts.

Worst umbrella company to use - they agree to a monthly contract and decided to pay weekly just to get more money off me

Never used an umbrella company before but very pleased with the service and simple steps to set up. Staff very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. Staff very polite on the phone

I have been with exact payroll over a year now. They have continued to provide me excellent customer service. My questions are always answered immediately. Most of all you get to talk to a person who provide great service and always very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Exact Payroll are excellent, the support staff are superb and the system is nice and simple to navigate. My pay has always been on time without fail.
Kyle Symons has always answered my questions if I need anything checking, his knowledge is superb and would explain everything to you.

My experience has been absolutely fantastic, any issues are resolved and majority of the time you speak to the same individual not someone random each time you call. I did have a few complex issues but all of these were resolved promptly and Exact were more than happy to assist in any manner. If I get the chance in the future I will without a doubt or considering anyone else choose Exact.

I have always been paid the right amount at the right time. Never had a problem .
