Rubbish!

i stayed with exabytes for many years because it is 1 of the few companies with a dedicated customer service but recently the service has gone down the drain due to lazy staff not getting things done properly.

Exabytes' ability to transform a frustrated customer into a happy one.

Exabytes recognise customers with problem are frustrated and anxious to resolve it. Hence, the call system to reach its support team is seamless . Technical support staff who handle my case is professional, cool, patient, experience and determined to solve the problem. These are essential attribute from support staff that I am most satisfied with Exabytes.

Technical support was not helpful

I contacted technical support for assistance, but their response was utterly unhelpful. The live chat representative couldn't solve the issue and simply brushed me off to email. "Let me check with support and get back on mail". Technical support live chat needed more support. After 7 hours of waiting, I received a response that was completely irrelevant to my problem. It's clear that they either don't understand their own services or simply don't care about customer satisfaction. I'm seriously considering switching providers due to this poor experience.

Very bad experience after the change of…

Very bad experience after the change of management from Cybersite to Exabytes. Our email down more regularly due to server issue and worst when we can't recover the lost email from their server. When they ask to upgrade the package and need to change server, no clear instruction given in advance on the migration which end up can't work on email for half a day for whole company. Recent experience that GST increase by 1% and due to the mere $0.46 outstanding that was not yet pay, they deactivated the website saying pending for SSL certificate. I see this is more like an overlooked by them internally.

Poor, compared to Signetique

The service of Exabytes Singapore is poor compared to the service from the previous Signetique SIngapore. I get multiple bot emails regarding my cases; always land up speaking to a different person and literally have to start from scratch explaining the problem each time even if a case is ongoing with the technician trying the same solutions as the previous technician; most cases get escalated as there seem to be layers and layers of technicians and seniority who dont seem to have a clear running record of the cases; case problems are not explained to me (or explained in technical "speak" which I do not understand; cases are closed too soon; cases are closed automatically before they are solved. There is confusion all round, and I am left for days still having to deal with the technical issues which I cannot solve myself. My colleagues and I have, over the past 6 months, received a noticable increase in spam from other sources addressed to us about our email/server/password/account, all linking to dangerous sites. I cant help wondering if our email addresses have been sold. I am very disappointed.

After they bought over Signetique

After they bought over Signetique, their service just go down hill. Servers problems happen everyday. Their technical teams are just way below industry standard. I practically have to raise tickets everyday for them to resolve issues. Think twice before you sign up new services with them.
