Found Evolve through PinkBike buy/sell. Given the current challenge of finding any bike, let alone a quality used full suspension (purchased a Whyte T-130) the communication was great, shipment was quick and everything in order. A couple of little niggly issues with the bike that weren't called out in the ad (play in the dropper post and the rebound cap on the front forks needing replacement) but otherwise the bike was as described and very happy with the purchase.

I was a bit concerned about buying a secondhand mtb, because the bikes take a lot of hammer, but the whole experience with Evolve Cycles has been super - accurate description, good price, helpful responses to questions, and the bike itself is great - excellent condition, brilliant spec and nicely set up. Couldn't ask for more.

Brilliant and honest experience. Bought a used Giant Trance. Exactly the way they described it (the rear brake is a bit sticky but I'm happy i can sort that out quickly). Fast dispatch time, great photos and accurate description. Keep doing what you're doing, taking the hassle, chance and ALL of the risk out of buying a used bike. A+

Bought a bike of Martin via Facebook, then through his website.

Martin was polite and responded super fast to any queries. He was fair with the price and listing. It was posted super fast once i made payment and arrived very well packaged. Super happy with the bike and in the condition as it stated in the listing!

I recently purchased a Whyte full suspension MTB,the delivery was prompt and the bike was in excellent condition as described.
A short time afterwards I had a slight problem with the brakes on the bike and had to have some work done to them.I reported this to Evolve cycles and they refunded my out of pocket expenses immediately,I was very impressed with their after sales care and how promptly they resolved the problem.First class service thank you Evolve cycles.

I can highly recommend Evolve Cycles. I recently bought a Cannondale Rush 2 and took it for my first off road experience at the weekend. It performed brilliantly. I couldn’t afford to buy an equivalent bike brand new so buying through Evolve has given me the best of both worlds.....an excellent quality mountain bike for an excellent price. The description in the advert was spot on.
