Car delivered dirty
Car delivered dirty i had a job to see all the damage.
Driver walked round it but didn't see nothing i had to point it all out after rubbing the dirt off.
Car had only 48% charge in it and I was due to go out to the hospital, so couldn't use it.
No explanation of controls or how to use the car.
Second driver reversed up my drive to pick his mate up parked his tesla on my artificial grass.
Didn't even apologise.
I'm only glad it was paid for on the insurance or I would have refused it.
Not a good experience.

All of our vehicles leave our Head Office after a thorough valet and fully charged. However, we appreciate that due to road conditions the vehicle may have picked up dirt en route to you, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We also regret any frustration caused by the vehicle’s charge level and the actions described during delivery.
We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve and ensure we continue to offer excellent service to all of our customers.

Very happy with this company
In spite of a minor breakdown, I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. No waiting 20 minutes to talk to a robot that can't answer the question, but straight through to one of two very knowlegeable people who sorted things out quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this company.

Easy to rent tight
I have found Evision to be very easy to deal with. They have a good range of vehicles and the flexible terms work well for our business. Queries are dealt with promptly and courteously by email. Would happily recommend for short or long term rental.

Great 2 month hire of MG5
I hired an MG5 for a two month stay in the UK in June and July. I chose evision because I could make all the arrangements with the certainty that there wouldn't be last minute additional charges and that I would get the model I wanted. Christian and the team were very helpful from the outset and everything worked very smoothly.
I was delighted with the service and the car was great. Due perhaps to the warm weather and avoiding motorways I got almost 50% increase on the range I expected, so that was a bonus. I had no trouble charging the car.
I would thoroughly recommend evision for hiring an electric car. And thank you for the lift to the station at the end. I would definitely use evision again.

Outstanding in a crisis…
I was unfortunate to have an Jaguar EV with a charging issue and was stuck at Winchester services. One call to the team and a replacement was on its way within 3 hours all replaced and I was back on the road. Amazing service as driver called every 30mins to keep me updated on ETA etc, and was so helpful on arrival. No one wants these thing to happen but it how you respond that demonstrates the company's customer support. Thanks again.

All went very well!
My first experience with EVision has been a great success. Right from my first contact with Christian I felt comfortable. He has proved to be very patient, understanding and comprehensive with his assistance even when I repeated my requests after he had explained things! He often went beyond the call of duty.
I found all the staff at EVision that I had contact with (2 Steves and Caleigh plus those on the phone) were great - always helpful and kind as they explained things. That was MUCH appreciated. Although I worried about the whole process, I really didn't need to be concerned at all. Everything proceeded as I was told.
As an 82yr old Canadian I admit I was a little stressed about driving on the left, but things worked out very well and the VW ID4, which was a little large for some UK roads at times, was fine in the end. I always found a place to charge when needed and it always went well - I did notice the charging fee was higher than Canada but they all worked! I wish to thank everyone for helping to make our EV rental a very pleasant part of our trip.

I hired a BMW i3 for a week to evaluate prior to buying one. Evision seemed the best (and almost only!) choice. Della answered all hire queries very clearly and effectively - booked, I collected from them, all painless and efficient - it did what I needed as a pre-purchase shakedown. Great experience with EVision
Great experience working with the EVision team. Paua is a services provider to the electric vehicle charging ecosystem and as such we needed a number of different vehicles to test chargers and data compatability. We chose EVision as we can try different vehicles for different periods of time. We were delivered high quality vehicles, in a professional manner, and in a spotless condition in an easy to work with manner. I woudl highly reccomend this team

I must commend the exceptional service provided by my recent delivery driver Taff. The delivery was prompt, and the driver's professionalism was evident. What truly stood out was the friendly and approachable demeanor, Taff also showed me how to use the vans tech and how everything operates such a commendable service.
