Paid for a subscription

Paid for a subscription, got nothing, ignored all emails, kept charging me .... This is FRAUD"

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering using eVirtualAssistants. This company is completely unprofessional and their billing practices are deeply suspicious.

I signed up and paid for the Rockstar Plan at $9.00 per month, but my profile never upgraded from the Free Worker tier. I was paying for a service I never received.

I emailed their support team at support(at)eVirtualAssistants.com asking why my account was still showing as free despite my payment. Absolutely no response. I then emailed them again requesting to cancel my subscription and stop the charges. Again, complete silence. Not a single reply to any of my emails.

Despite ignoring all my messages, they had no problem continuing to charge my card automatically every month. On 06 June 2026 alone, they charged me $9.00 TWICE on the same day. That is $18.00 in one day for a service I never even received properly.

When I tried to take matters into my own hands and remove my card from their platform, I discovered that their Manage Cards button does not allow card removal at all. It only lets you add a new card. Once your card is in their system, you are completely trapped with no way out.

I had no choice but to go directly to my bank to block future charges and dispute the payments. No customer should ever have to go through this.

To summarise what this company did to me. Charged me for a plan I never received. Ignored every single email I sent. Charged my card twice in one day. Made it impossible to remove my card. Forced me to involve my bank.

This is not just bad customer service. This is fraudulent behaviour. Do NOT enter your card details on this platform. You will regret it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Payments are delayed

I have paid for a pro subscription to get instant withdrawals but have been delayed with no notice.
I am paying for nothing and my money is being held up.
I don't recommend this virtual assistance site for employers and VAs.

PAY YOUR FREELANCERS

I’m honestly fed up. I released my payment on February 3rd and it’s now February 20th…still “processing.” Two+ weeks. No money. No clear explanation. No urgency

Freelancers are not banks. We don’t work for free, and we don’t have the luxury of waiting indefinitely while a platform drags its feet. This is stressful, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional

If you’re considering working with evirtualassistants.com, understand that getting paid may turn into a fight. And it should never be this hard to receive money you already earned

I’ve been extremely frustrated with the…

I’ve been extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and urgency from this company. Despite sending multiple emails, my concerns are constantly ignored, and my payment has been delayed without any clear resolution. This has affected me severely, and I can’t rely on them for urgent matters. I don’t recommend this platform to anyone and would advise against using it. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I got the help I needed! and more!

I’ve tried hiring a VA on my own before, but it didn’t go well. I decided to go with the HR Premium plan, and they matched me with Tony. After 3 months, I’m genuinely impressed with how amazing he is. Honestly, I don’t think I could have found someone like Tony on my own. Even looking at his resume, I wasn’t sure about his skills—but wow, I would have completely missed out. I’m so glad he’s part of the team now. Huge thanks to you guys for making this happen!

VAs get paid lowball rates from $2.25…

VAs get paid lowball rates from $2.25 per hour to less than $5 per hour. Management isn't as good as they advertise it, some VAs unable to complain about their starting rates for fear of losing their jobs. They're afraid to voice out their opinion because management does not listen, avoid applying here

If a virtual assistant is unhappy with their contract, they can simply close it. Thank you for your understanding

This is a SCAM

They will take your money, you will wait a very long time to hear back from them. They offer options that are so bad, it seems like a joke. When you try to get your refundable deposit back, you'll never head back from them. Save the time and energy filing a fraud and just go elsewhere.
