I was previously following YouTube influencers! Wrong!
The results were amazing for me! I did the 5 week challenge and I really like the goal setting aspect tied in with the measurement. In my case the goal was to lower LDL cholesterol to less than 100. My LDL dropped 35 points from 131 to 96 in that 5 short weeks. EBN taught me about saturated fat and what foods to limit. Their Mediterranean diet chart helped me choose foods daily. Don’t get me wrong this is not easy! It’s a whole new way of cooking and strategy when going out to eat. My motivation is my mom who has had mini strokes and has a terrible case of Alzheimer’s disease. I also didn’t want to take a pill (statin). Previously I was following YouTube influencers advice and my cholesterol test results were going up!
