I had an issue that required speaking with someone from the accounting department. I spoke with Marco, who listened to my concern with interest and respect. He called my back within an hour with the information he had regarding the matter. We then began solving the issue with both his information and my information and with a short conversation we were able to resolve the problem to everyone's satisfaction. He was a most pleasant person to speak with and very helpful.

We purchased a plan, yet it was cancelled several times by EB for nonpayment of premium. Their payments received posted the payment to the cc, yet sent out notices of cancellation. When our vehicle was in for repair of the air conditioner, the tech called EB with the amount repairs only to be told our policy had been cancelled! We had to get that straightened out! We ended up paying upfront front to get our vehicle back & experienced frustration to get refunded! It took several weeks only to be shorted $138 for what they called high labor costs. Then Jose whined when he has to deal with an unhappy customer. Our premiums pay his salary! EB then charged us for an additional month plus a $75 early cancellation fee. We would gave been money ahead never getting involved with EB. Hopefully this will save someone from going through the nightmare we experienced!

I had an emergency arise, and it has financially disturbed the Apple cart so to speak, and I called and spoke to Darlene and she was able to assist me so that I could still keep my coverage and not have the weight of the world on me right now. I purchased a whole house and auto policy and everytime I called I was told they didn't cover that. I cancelled the policy 3 times in 90 days and it didn't get done and I was still billed. I stopped that from happening again. the company doesn't rate even one star but that's the lowest I can go

The representative Robert was very helpful in providing me information about my claim he was great, patient and knowledgeable but as I read I pray that all goes well with my claim. I have been following all their steps and it's becoming scarey but I will have faith that this company will stand up to their end as I will do the same. Will update my progress

Was super worried about filing a claim due to mixed feelings regarding warranty companies, as well as the reviews. But I was back in my car in no time. Car wouldn’t start, called for a tow, took it in on Monday and had my car back by Friday. Spoke with a few representatives from the company and they were transparent. Great service provided. Definitely recommend!
