Excellent service, quick delivery, got branded cotton bags. Shyvie who dealt with us from query to delivery was excellent.

I paid for merchandise, which the company then informed me the next day they could not fulfil. Fair enough, these things happen. But what followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered.

I requested a refund immediately. It has now been over two months, and despite several chase-up emails to both Customer Care and the original sales representative, I have received no response whatsoever. The silence has been unbelievable.

Attempts to call the company have been just as frustrating. I have been left on hold for 24 minutes at a time, and on more than one occasion where I've had to just hang up, it seems my number is being ignored after asking to be put through. The same representative who was at my disposal during the sales process has completely disappeared when it comes to resolving an issue.

This behaviour is unprofessional, unacceptable, and deeply concerning — especially from a business that handles upfront payments. I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from this company. Don't do it!

Shrina Patel was amazing her help and advise was superb. The attention to detail was excellent and she helped design a brand new product for our company which delivery was quicker than advised and we are so happy with the finished product.

Paid over £700 for an order that never arrived and the company refuses to take responsibility. They claim it was “delivered” but the proof shows it was signed for by someone unknown and not at our address. Despite repeated follow-ups they haven’t refunded us, opened a proper investigation, or provided any meaningful update.

Customer service is defensive and unhelpful, endless delays, excuses, and zero accountability. This has been an expensive and time-consuming mess. Do not trust them with time-sensitive or high-value orders.

The case was already sent to customer care, search my name.

Emailed several times for a quote, never received a response. Including having called.

This was a 2nd purchase with Everything Branded (different company branded items this time) Although my first shopping experience was over 2.5 years ago and was excellent, i felt that there were a few too many "follow up" emails to make a decision for the company. This time the experience was by far the best service I have had. Partick, has the patience of a saint :-) with me asking for several different designs for differeent items, nothing was too much trouble, and neither was it for the design team so thank you Patrick and design team (Paul & Ivan) for your patience, professionalism and being so courteous. :-)

Ben Jone's customer service is phenomenal.
Emails are always prompt and he also makes the effort to call also. The products are fabulous quality! Will be ordering from them regularly.

I was looking for some branded books with matching pens but also wanted to include 3 pages of company information within the books (Tipin pages). I dealt with Ben Jones who could not have been more helpful. Ben took the time to make sure I was happy with the design and offered excellent advice as to what would work best. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was engaging to deal with. The books and pens have now arrived and have exceeded my expectations. The quality of book and pen is very high.
