Had a very bad experience with delivery, had an email to say it had been delivered with a photo, which was not my property, it had in fact gone to someone else, it took me all day to hunt down the property from just the photo, as you can imagine, I was very disappointed

In this case it has appears that one of the drivers has really let us down, we’ll be providing feedback to our account manager moving forward to ensure our signed for policy remains intact as this is not acceptable.

I ordered by phone and it was easy. Sent ashes away as instructed. Delivery was a few days longer than expected but thankfully my lovely bracelet arrived in time for my daughter’s birthday. Would definitely recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with my ring from EverWith. The entire process was handled with the utmost care and respect. As soon as I placed my order, the collection pack was sent out via next-day delivery. Once I sent it back, I received a reassuring email confirming that my Nanna's ashes had arrived safely.
Unfortunately, the original design I chose was out of stock, but the team handled this incredibly quickly. Communication was excellent, and we sorted out an alternative design without any hassle.
The final piece of jewellery is absolutely lovely, a perfect, high-quality tribute to remember my Nanna by. I highly recommend EverWith for anyone looking for a meaningful keepsake.

We ordered 3 pieces of jewellery, 2 rings and 1 necklace. The pendant was out of stock temporarily, but was kept informed of this, via email and phone calls. All jewellery now received and these are absolutely beautiful and the engraving finishes it off with our own words. Myself and my nieces love them. It is bittersweet, as we would prefer to have mum/granny, but this keeps her a bit closer, but forever in our hearts.

Small sizes
I received my ring last year but unfortunately have not been able to wear it yet. The ring is beautiful however, despite ordering the correct size with the ring sizer that came with the kit the ring does not fit; it is too small. I don't know if this is a regular occurance but I would order a bigger size if ordering.

Beautiful piece of jewellery. Well packaged and presented with a certificate. I chose a ring for my Son's 30th birthday. We lost mum/nan in january this year. My son was overjoyed and emotional when he recieved it. I had quick responses via email when i had queries and i was kept updated about the process and delivery.
